Knus huisje op perfecte locatie

Een knus huisje, erg handig gelegen als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in de omgeving. Alle voorzieningen op wandelafstand. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de eigenaar is erg behulpzaam en reageert snel. We hebben erg genoten en we kunnen het huis aanbevelen.

Mooi en goed gelegen

De vakantiewoning is goed gelegen, vlak bij het kasteel, in een rustig, pittoresk voetgangersstraatje. Op 5 minuten wandelen van restaurants en terrasjes. We verbleven er tijdens een hittegolf en de koele wijnkelder was ideaal om te aperitieven. De bovenste slaapkamer (onder het dak) was wel te warm maar de hittegolf was dan ook extreem (35-37 graden tijdens ons verblijf). De slaapkamers zijn van 'hotelkwaliteit' met eigen badkamer en toilet. De leefruimte en keuken zijn klein maar voldeden aan wat we nodig hadden. De verhuurders zijn heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Was heel aangenaam!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Het huisje is lekker knus en is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen, een bezoek aan het kasteel van Bouillon en voor de vele goede lunch- en dinerplekken in Bouillon. Het huisje is ook op loopafstand van bakkers, zodat we elke ochtend een vers ontbijtje konden halen. We werden voortreffelijk ontvangen en hadden een heerlijk Oud & Nieuw in Bouillon.

een Prachtig verblijf , er is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om er enkele dagen te verblijven . zeer mooi ingericht en een perfecte ligging . voor ons was het echt de moeite en voor wie eens een weekendje Bouillon wil beleven is dit echt een aanrader !!! ook de eigenares Edith is een zeer vriendelijke behulpzame vrouw en ze zal je ook graag verder helpen voor al je vragen of voor verdere informatie . Wij waren in ieder geval zeer tevreden ! Bedankt Edith voor de Goede zorgen en tot een volgende keer . Groetjes Wesley & Cindy

Perfect! Families take note: You will want to stay here!

We are particular about the accommodation we choose. We have two young children so any property needs to be robust, safe, have good facilities (a working kitchen, bathrooms, tv and free wifi) and have space for them to play (if they can't tip out a bag of Duplo on the floor and start building, its no good) For our comfort and enjoyment we need parking, comfortable beds, easy access to sights and restaurants, and an atmosphere that reflects the location. Edith has designed a perfect space that meets all these needs! And she is warmly hospitable to boot! (Ask her about the local sights and restaurants.) The cottage is three levels: kitchen and dining on the ground floor; a double bedroom with bathroom, toilet, tv and wardrobes on both levels 1 and 2. The staircase is typically Belgian (steep!) which was fine for our 6 year old, and our toddler was thankfully smart enough to decend backwards or on their bottom. The cottage is perfectly located in a quiet car free cul-de-sac (free parking is roadside) at the bottom of the hill below Bouillon Castle (5 mins walk) and 2 mins walk from the river where there are plenty of cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will recommend La Légende to anyone thinking of staying in the Belgian Ardennes! And we are keeping a keen eye out for Edith's second property under development that will be even more family friendly. We can't wait!

Een zeer charmante cottage, sfeervol ingericht met twee mooie slaapkamers.

Een prettige week in deze cottage gehad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die alles in het werk heeft gesteld om het ons zo goed mogelijk naar de zin te maken. Een aanrader!
