Terrazza di Mario is a characteristic second floor tuff apartment with barrel vaults, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, about 600m from the town beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. The apartment also includes a large panoramic terrace for the exclusive use of guests on the upper floor, it is equipped with air conditioning and fiber Wi-Fi. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

The house is located in a very central position in the historic center of Monopoli, in a small side street of via Garibaldi, which connects the main square of Monopoli to the ancient port.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall where there is a further stone staircase leading to the terrace on the upper floor, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, sink and a small table with stools, a bathroom with shower and a living room with double bed , double sofa bed and small table with chairs.
Upstairs we find the large private terrace for the exclusive use of guests with a view of the city of Monopoli, equipped with a washing machine, an outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers and a comfortable sitting area where you can relax with the evening sea breeze.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
