This large family home is situated 500m from the beach under the the pine forest and at the edge of the village of Contis in Les Landes.
The village has bars and restaurants and a small supermarket. There are surf schools for adults and children. There is a butcher, a fishmonger and a fruit and vegetable market.
The house provides 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms have been recently renovated. There is a large living room with dining area. All rooms are served by climate control (air conditioning and heating). There is a log burner in the living room. Downstairs you can find a games room with table tennis and baby football. The garden is partly shaded and has tables, chairs, and sun loungers.
Nearby you can find extensive cycling tracks in the forest, wild beaches, dunes, and the Contis lighthouse.

wunderschönes Haus mit ganz viel Charme

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in Contis Plage:-) Das Haus liegt am Ende einer sehr ruhigen Straße im Pinienwald direkt beim Leuchtturm. Im oberen Stock sind zwei wunderschöne Schlafzimmer, eine Toilette, ein renoviertes Bad, eine Küche...mit wunderschönen alten Fliesen und ein sehr helles stillvolles Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Esstisch. Dieser Raum hat rundherum große Terrassen Türen die mit ihren alten Rahmen und Griffen sehr viel. Charme verbreiten. Der Raum ist dadurch immer sehr hell und man kann bei Regen sehr schön drinnen essen. Im Untergeschoss gibt es drei weitere Schlafzimmer sowie eine Tischtennis Platte und einen Tisch Kicker. Ein Bad und eine Toilette sind dort ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist auch sehr schön und man kann dort in Ruhe essen und die Sonne genießen. Für uns als Familie war das Haus ideal da unsere drei Kinder 20 Jahre, 17 Jahre und 15 Jahre ungestört im Untergeschoss sein konnten, Da das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist empfiehlt es sich eine lange Leine für den Hund mitzunehmen. Das ging problemlos. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen:-) Contis Plage ist ein wunderschönes kleines Örtchen mit sehr viel Charme und sehr individuellen Geschäften. Es gibt eine fantastische Crêperie (Crêperie Royale) am Strandzugang am Ende des Ortes....und sehr viel gute Restaurants. Der Atlantik und die langen Strände sind eine Reise wert....in Contis Plage lohnt sich auch ein Abstecher zum Courants um dort zu baden oder zu verweilen.

VASTE MAISON DE FAMILLE-TOUT SE FAIT A PIED

On se sent bien dans cette grande maison de famille, décor agréable, bien équipée. Nous étions 8 : 3 adultes ( de 67 à 87 ans) et 5 enfants de 5 à 12 ans. A disposition des jeux de société, des livres, des jeux de plage pour les petits et une douche extérieure à eau chaude pour le retour de plage! L'environnement est calme, à l'orée de la pinède, le jardin bien équipé en transats et fauteuils, est ensoleillé avec des parties ombragées. L'accès à la plage principale et aux cours de surf en 10mn. Nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture, tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Côté commerces, un marché le mercredi et dimanche, un commerce de fruits et légumes, une poissonnerie, un boulanger, un boucher, une supérette, une librairie/papeterie, des bars et des restos. Une nouveauté non signalée sur l'annonce une box. Un contact facile avec Lionel, le propriétaire, très réactif et arrangeant. Bref nous avons de 87 ans à 5 ans tous aimé notre séjour à Contis.

Excellent séjour!

C'est une très belle maison, claire et sobrement décorée, au milieu des pins et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants/commerces. Tous ces avantages comblent allègrement l'absence de wi-fi. Le séjour-salle à manger est très spacieux, on y est vraiment à l'aise. Tout est conçu pour 8 personnes. Nous y avons bien dormi, c'est très calme. La cuisine est bien équipée (micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle). La plomberie est un peu vieillotte mais néanmoins fonctionnelle. La communication avec Lionel était agréable; il s'est montré particulièrement arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Schönes Haus im Wald

Wir hatten eine schöne entspannte Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es ist sehr gemütlich, einfach und ruhig im Wald gelegen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur 8 min. Die Betten sind eher für kleine Menschen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem übertrieben. Der Tagespreis ist völlig unverhältnismäßig, dafür was man geboten bekommt. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, es ist ein schönes Haus, aber es bietet keinen großen Comfort (kein Internet, kein Fehrnsehen etc) wenn jemand dass sucht. Es ist eine Basisausstattung. Halt ein Waldhaus.

Le luxe du calme et de la proximité de la plage, À l'orée de la forêt landaise, maison familiale parfaite, tout y est pour que le séjour soit top, baby foot , ping pong .. tous les commerces à pieds en plus de la plage et de pistes cyclables :) endroit parfait et idyllique ! Une location de rêve !

Excellent séjour dans cette maison très spacieuse, très calme, disposant d'un grand jardin idéal pour les repas extérieurs et sans vis à vis. Le séjour est très grand et lumineux. 5 chambres sont disponibles, avec deux salles de bains et WC séparés. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Une salle de jeu dispose d'un baby-foot et d'une table de ping-pong.A 500 m. de l'océan et des pistes cyclables, c'est un lieu de vacances idéalement situé que je ne peux que recommander aux amoureux des Landes.
