Molto da migliorare

La casa è sicuramente molto pulita e molto disponibile la proprietaria. È da dire però che l’appartamento ha dotazioni fin troppo basiche: il soggiorno ha dei divani vecchissimi e mal ridotti (nonostante la copertura anch’essa al minimo del possibile). I letti nella mansarda sono delle reti con materassi improponibili: abbiamo dovuto fare a turno per non dormirci. Impossibile dormirci. Meglio il materasso della rete matrimoniale (perché sono comunque delle reti). La lavastoviglie non è proprio tale ma più una lava bicchieri. Infine il microonde era talmente basico da non avere impostazioni per la regolazione dei watt e utile solo per scaldare un po’ di latte. Moquette in cucina. Peccato perché la posizione è comoda: supermarket a due passi e Skybus difronte.

Appartamento molto carino in posizione strategica. Purtroppo però non c'è isolamento acustico con gli altri appartamenti vicini.

Casa pulita e confortevole

La casa ha completamente rispecchiato le nostre aspettative. Si trova vicina ai servizi necessari come mini market, panetteria, lavanderia, parco giochi, farmacia, bancomat ecc..Il parcheggio è sotto casa e i centri di attività e sportivi sono vicinissimi. La zona è ideale per le famiglie; la nostra è composta da due adulti e 3 bambini di 12, 8 e 6 anni. La signora Mariangela è stata gentilissima in particolare con i bambini che hanno oltretutto gradito molto la compagnia del suo cagnolino Teide! Grazie ancora di tutto!! Fam. Canali

tra i parchi dell'Adamello e dello Stelvio

siamo stati due settimane in 4 (marito, moglie e due figli grandi); abbiamo trovato l'appartamento esattamente come descritto, pulito e molto confortevole; la posizione vicino agli impianti di Marilleva è ideale per le vacanze invernali, ma è ottima anche per quelle estive: vicinissimo ai parchi dell'Adamello e dello Stelvio, è ideale per chi ama le escursioni in montagna.
