The house is located on Via Faloria, in a beautiful and large wooden Villa, a few steps from the famous Corso Italia, a pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous venues, restaurants, shops and boutiques. The main tourist and sports attractions of the town are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, including the Golf course, the Apollonio Tennis courts and the ski areas, among which the closest is that of Monte Faloria.



The apartment consists of a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, LCD TV and dining room with wooden table and chairs. From the living room, it is possible to access the panoramic balcony. The kitchen is separate and equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen, you can access a small room with a single bed. The apartment has two other comfortable bedrooms, both double, one of which has a private bathroom with shower cubicle. A second bathroom with shower and a washing machine are available. Wi-Fi connection and a parking space in the external courtyard complete this beautiful property. The apartment is ideal for a family holiday or for a group of friends looking for comfort and fun just a stone's throw from the centre of Cortina.

Dated property but good location.

The property was dated and needs to be updated in all aspects.... and start with the kitchen and all kithenware! Location was good for our needs which is why we chose it. Communcation was good as well.

This place has everything you need while sticking to the basics. Property was clean and well stocked (cooking utensils, towels, bedding) Communication with host was easy over what's app. The furniture and beds are all a bit outdated. The bed especially was very soft and broken in. Pretty short walking distance to everything in town. Overall reasonable place for the price

Large apartment but a little worn out furniture

The total price in Homelidays sites doesn`t include the extra price for heating. There is no wifi although it is mentioned in the list. The heating was vey complicated: normal temperature is 18 C and you could get more but only for 90 minuts. So it was very cold in the bathroom in the morning. The dishwasher was loose, the upper screws are missing. The host was friendly, but too busy to tell us anything about the aparment, environment, public transport etc. The situation is good, a short walk to the center. Ski bus stop is very near.

perfect position between 3 skiing areas, but no value for money

"+" - Location is ideal for skiing lovers, free parking, few 100 meters to city center, ideal for 4 person (not for 5 !), 2 restrooms, very good heating system, very good layout, very clean space and furniture, enough dishes, very confortable daily room, nice TV set, big table for eating and seating, "-" - NO WiFi connection !?, dirty dishes, not working dishwasher (first day), broken valve for regulation on radiator in sleeping room, 3rd room is not room, it has only 4 sq m ?? and is part of kitchen ??, without any furniture or night lamp ?!, hard to open front door, inappropriate skii equipment room, no coffee mashine, INSUFFICIENT VALUE FOR MONEY !
