Welcome to The Beach House at Garden City . Unit 319 is a third floor condo with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with an ocean-view located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and microwave oven. The living room has a private balcony with access to the master bedroom as well. This condo also has a private washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, three cable equipped flat-screen TVs (one wifi TV), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one King, one Queen and one Twin sized bed, plus a Futon Queen if needed in the living room. Common area includes a swimming pool, sun deck, beautifully landscaped grounds and an on-site coin operated laundry. No trailers. NO SMOKING-NO PETS. A $120 Linen and Towel charge is added to your reservation. Owner can provide contact info for linen and towel service. One off street parking spot. No elevator. Maximum occupancy: 7.

Loved this property. Had everythubg we needed. Bed was very comfy and place was very homey. Will definitely come back here when we visit my mother in law.
The location was great. You could get to Myrtle Beach, Murrell's Inlet, Surfside Beach, & Pawley's Island very easily. The condo was oceanfront/beachfront, which made it very easy. The owner was great to communicate with & very flexible with the Hurricane/Tropical Storm warnings. Would stay here again.
We absolutely loved the condo!!! We were so close to the ocean, not very crowded, so I didn’t have to worry much with our littles playing. It was perfect !
Awsum locale, walk to pier and very short ride/drive to everything, place was very clean, recent remodel really nice, all new appliances, everything great, would come back anytime
The property was cozy , spacious, clean and in an awesome location . Our morning coffee was spent on a deck looking into the ocean . The pool was kept clean . The communication between the owner and us from the day we booked was out of this world .
This property is conveniently located on the beach, close to the pier and short drive to Myrtle Beach. The condo layout is perfect for a family with small children. We loved the short walk to the pool and beach. Chris is very easy to deal with and addresses any issues quickly. He also provided us with some tips on places to bring our kids. We plan to return.

Chris was the most responsive person we have ever rented from. He made sure everything was available. Called to make sure we didn't need anything. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.
The condo was exactly as described. We really enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise. The beds were very comfortable and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable beach stay.
Chris was an excellent landlord. He answered all my questions and gave suggestions on where to eat. Room was cozy and decorated cute. We really enjoyed our stay.
This property was great for our family of four, which includes two toddlers. The location is ideal - right down the street to 'downtown' Garden City and a quick drive to the amazing restaurants in Murrells Inlet. The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommend.

Chris was a wonderful host and was easy to communicate with. He gave us the option for a refund due to Hurricane Ian affecting the area, but we chose to go. The condo was perfect for our family of four with two small children. We loved to have meals or read on the balcony where we could see and hear the ocean.
Amazing view! Sunrise is absolutely stunning from the balcony! I would turn everything off at night to hear the ocean waves while I slept. The condo was clean and felt like home away from home. Chris was extremely quick to respond and very helpful. We plan on returning in the future! Wonderful experience!
The condo was exactly as advertised! The proximity to the beach was fabulous! We spent a glorious week coming and going to the beach as needed. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and a teenager! The kitchen was good, and the amenities allowed for cooking in , if that’s what was desired! The owner (Chris) was in contact with us throughout the process. I would certainly recommend this condo for those people looking to explore the Grand Strand experience!
We really enjoyed Chris's beach condo. It was well appointed, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything we needed. The only minor distraction was that there were a lot of stairs up to the 3rd floor, but it was not a big deal and gave us both needed exercise. Only mentioning for folks with mobility issues. I would recommend this place for a relaxing get away and a good location to explore the attractions nearby.
The beach house was everything we had hoped for and more. The sunrises from the balcony were beautiful, The beach and ocean were just steps away from the condo. The condo was spotless and the owner was available if we had any questions. It is close to any shopping you would need to do and bonus we found a restaurant minutes away called Grilled Cheese and Crab Cakes and tried their Clam Chowder and Crab Cake Melt sandwich which was amazing. All in all we had a great vacation away from the winter weather.

Why they chose this property
The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit condominium complex. I first came to this property with my wife and sons in 1994. We finally purchased our unit in 2015. The old saying, "Somethings never change".... thank goodness for that, because this condo and Garden City Beach are just like the old times when my boys were young. It's the perfect spot for a family beach vacation and a couples get away. A real throw back! Most owners and guests are toting little ones and meeting up with relatives for a family summer vacation. Our unit is 319. It has everything needed for a family to enjoy the view and fresh air from the sea. The morning sunrise and the moonlit ocean makes this location a spot that will help create your greatest family memories. If flying down.....a rental car isn't really necessary. Bars, restaurants, live music, groceries, ice cream, snacks and shops are a short walk down by the Garden City Pier. Car service and Uber are vastly available throughout the area for venturing out!

This unit was completely updated. New down to the studs "2018" All new furniture, flooring, paint and appliances throughout. This is a family owned condo. It is well maintained and kept very clean. Please no smoking, we don't. We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you.
