∗Please be informed that our building will undergo exterior repainting beginning on September 4th. The work will involve both the front and back of the building and is expected to take approximately four weeks to complete. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the exterior, and painters will work on-site. Audible noise may occur during this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
∗In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

We enjoyed our stay in this flat. The location was great, close to the tube, coffee shop, pubs and grocery shops. Nice bathroom, kitchen well equipped. Only couple of things we would change would be to put a blind on the small window in the bedroom so that the daylight doesn’t wake us too early in the summer, and the hot and cold shower taps were reversed. Overall we would stay here again.

No hot water? No communication? No problem!
I checked in for a 4-night stay. All was well. I went to shower in the morning to find no hot water working in the bath/shower. It worked in the sinks. There was no water coming from the hot faucet at all. I sent a message, and went to work to shower there. By the time I got back, a person had been in to look at the bath/shower (clear from movement of things) but not communication. Issue not fixed. Sent a follow up message, was told they'd come back to fix it, and was left with no washing facilities again. Was out the next day when I was told it now was fixed. Went back, tried it, and the hot tap now did have running water, but it was cold. Not 'not hot', actually cold. I sent a message, and went to bed. No meaningful response. I sent another. No meaningful response. I began running a bath with cold water from the cold tap, and ferrying pitchers of hot water from the sink. At this point, it became clear the 'plumber' who had fixed the bath taps had plumbed them backwards. The hot tap was now cold, the cold tap was now hot. And it worked. This discovery came on the 4th evening of my stay, having been 'fixed' several hours earlier. Originally, the cold tap had been cold and the hot tap not working. The company have offered no proper refund. After offering a token amount and me saying it was insufficient, they have refused to communicate further. It's a shame, because the flat itself is fine (except for the window in the bedroom with no blind, so the sun gets .

We understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your experience. However, we kindly ask you to also consider our side of the situation.
As soon as you reported the issue with the hot water, we took immediate action by arranging for a technician to visit the property. While the first intervention did not fully resolve the problem, a follow-up visit was carried out, and the system was restored—albeit with the taps mistakenly reversed, which we understand added further inconvenience. Once this was identified, the issue was fully resolved.
Following this, we carefully reviewed your case and offered a partial refund in recognition of the disruption. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to our follow-up, so we were unable to proceed further.
We regret that your experience was affected, and remain available should you wish to reopen the discussion.
