This luxury 3-bedroom apartment is within 5mins walk to the beach. It is just one of eight apartments in the condominium, and offers a communal pool with jacquzzi. Located within an exclusive and quiet area of Porto de Mós (Lagos), the apartment delivers a relaxing holiday whether it's listening to the waves roll in to the beach or reading on the terrace.
This exceptionally high-spec 3 bed 2 bath apartment, offers ocean views, a shared pool with Jacuzzi.
The apartment offers a modern design with an open plan living space and can easily accommodate 6 adults. So plenty of space to bring the extended family on holiday.
The apartment is equipped with everything you would expect, inbuilt sound system and aircon in every room, Bosch appliances (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer & induction hob), marble worktop and breakfast bar in the kitchen, outdoor dining area on the terrace overlooking the ocean and pool, and a large open-plan living area for entertaining, equipped with a TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs to choose from. TV offers local channels, MEO TV and IPTV for all UK and international channels. High Speed fiber broadband and WiFi is offered throughout the apartment with high speed, suitable for video calls and working breaks.
Plenty of parking available for multiple cars, plus an allocated space in the secure underground garage.
Bed 1 = King double bed with master ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating as well as bath with shower and bidet. Access to terrace shared with bedroom 2.
Bed 2 = Double (king) or twin with plenty of storage and access to terrace shared with bedroom 1.
Bed 3 = Double (king) or twin with own terrace area.
Family bathroom with large walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
A cot and high chair can be provided in the apartment, as well as plates & cutlery for children and a number of books and games particularly aimed at the younger age group, but also plenty of family games too.
The 1.5km beach is only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and has two good restaurants for dining which are open all year round.
The busy town of Lagos is only a 5 minute drive away (or there’s a local shuttle bus from Porto de Mos) and offers countless attractions including shopping, dining and a vibrant night life with bars and clubs to suit all tastes and ages. It is full of historical interest and has lots going on. The higher percentage of local residents here makes it feel much more ‘authentically Portuguese’ compared to other resorts on the Algarve, and also means it is still lively all year round. Sea fishing and boat trips are available from the Marina at Lagos and access to the Western Algarve's quality golf courses makes this apartment ideally situated.
As well as Porto de Mos, the beaches around Lagos are some of the most beautiful of the Algarve, like Praia de Dona Ana (voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world), which can be reached in 5 mins by car from the apartment, Praia do Camilo, a bit further on, and Meia Praia, whose golden sands stretch for 4 km (2.5 miles) east of Lagos. However, it is the promontory named Ponta da Piedade and sheltering the bay of Lagos which is most admired by visitors, with its caves, rocks and wonderfully transparent waters.
All our guests receive a meet and greet by our local property manager, who is available complimentary with your booking up to 2000hrs. Late check-in after these hours maybe charged directly by our property manager, who will advise prior to your arrival (fees are €25 between 2000hrs-2359hrs, after 0000hrs will be €50).

As part of our agreement with the Portuguese authorities we are legally required to report guest information to SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras), we will therefore either send the SEF form to you in advance of your arrival or our property manager will take the required information.

Why they chose this property
We're used to staying in boutique hotels and travelling the world, so were looking for something high-end that we would be able to enjoy for years to come, and for our daughters to grow up enjoying.
The proximity to the beach is the real key to this property, as well as the fact our apartment has 3 bedrooms, which is more unusual in Portugal but allows us to bring the grandparents with us as well.
We love the view overlooking the pool and you can also see the sea. For those with young children, the pool isn't accessible directly from the apartment terrace, so that gives you some peace of mind.
There's also the rooftop hot-tub which is a great place to enjoy a glass of fizz and soak up the incredible views.
3-4 of the 8 apartments are rented out, so we often find we have the pool to ourselves, it's never been crowded even in the peak summer.
Lagos, the nearest town, is only 5 mins away by car (or there's a regular bus from the beach), and we chose this area because it has a high residential percentage, which means you find many restaurants and bars open throughout the year, and the two restaurants that are on the beach below (Antonios & Campimar) are only closed on Christmas Day!
We choose to hire a car so we can visit the supermarkets in the town (Continente & Intermarche), but there's also a daily fish market in town and a Saturday farmers market which offers a fantastic range of fruit & veg, as well as honey and olives etc at incredible prices.
Porto de Mos is an exclusive area with one of the few beaches that you can access easily, but also the spectacular cliffs and coves that make up Praia Dona Ana and Praia do Camilo, rated as some of the most beautiful in the world, are just minutes away.
