About David Shardlow
Ex' Bristol born and live nearby to the city so I'm either close to hand or a colleague is, if problem etc. Valencia offers its visitors subtle & fascinating charms wrapped within its layers of history & culture. You'll find it incredible value compared to many Med' cities & Valencianos refeshingly helpful & friendly.
Why David Shardlow chose Morvedre
Unusually charming & quirky authentic - full external & communal renovations 2016 - Valenciano historic building built over 100 years ago. Solidly constructed and perfectly situated to enjoy the best of the city with utmost of ease. Large & tall fully opening French shuttered windows allow the light & fresh air to flood in & surprisingly for a city centre location offers charming verdant outlooks. Surrounded by trees and large paved seated areas.

Nice studio for a romantic getaway
Had a great time in Valencia and enjoyed the apartment very much. It is very cozy and location is very convenient - close to the center but not very busy - quiet location close to local grocery store. It is on a 3rd floor so be prepared for a walk up the stairs. Overall - very comfortable, cozy and convenient place.
this property is ideally situated for both old city touristy sightseeing time and lazy beach days. the old town is only just 5 minute walk up the road with the metro just around the corner, if you do fancy a day at the beach, the metro system is cheap and easy to follow and gets you there within 20 minutes,
overall an enjoyable break,
A very comfortable modern apartment in an excellent location for everything that Valencia has to offer my wife and I stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed it very much
We enjoyed our stay! It’s very close to the historical city. When we arrived it was clean and it had everything we needed. The bed is a bit small for two people. But overall it looked really nice and we had a great time.
Pleased to hear you both had a great time.
The double is a standard 135 x 190cm.
Now I also offer a pull-out sofa bed with a 110 x 190cm also with a Visco-Elastic quality mattress.
Smart and convenient studio apartment, well equipped. Would highly recommend.
The apartment was nicely decorated with lovely exposed brick walls, a beamed ceiling and french windows. Just as the photos. The bed was comfortable, kitchen modern and had everything and bathroom modern. Everything worked well. We found that there was plenty of space.
The apartment itself is really an easy walk to the Turia Gardens and the old town. Tramvia line 4 is nearby (for the beach) and a little further is a Lidl. There are also plenty of cafes nearby. The location is very convenient.
We stayed a week and had plenty to see and do. Valencia is very relaxing and has great places to eat.
Great weekend away
