"Zeeuws huisje" under the dunes of Zoutelande

Under the dunes, and only 300 meters from the beach is our studio with all the luxuries you expect. The cozy center of Zoutelande is also within walking distance. A great location to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The studio can accommodate 2-3 people with a total area of ​​35 m2. The studio is child-friendly and features a private terrace.

On the ground floor is the living room with cable TV, kitchenette with fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, combi magnetron, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and kettle. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and WC.
The studio is equipped with a sleeper which can be reached by means of a staircase. Here you will find a double bed and a single bed.
The studio has its own entrance and is provided with C. V. For the little ones a baby pack can be ordered, consisting of a children's slide, highchair, children's pool and dressing pad.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Sehr nette Vermieter und ein ganz unkomplizierter Ablauf bezüglich Ein- und Auschecken. Eine wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit moderner Ausstattung und sogar einer eigenen abgeschirmten Terasse. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthlat in der neu eingerichteten Wohnung genossen. Die tolle Lage in Strandnähe war für uns optimal. Außerdem ist es eine ruhige, grüne Wohngegend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Zoutelande. Die Ferienwohnung ist unglaublich gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

dunkel und überteuert

Zwar besticht die Nähe zum Strand und sauber war die Wohnung insgesamt. Aber: es war nicht schön, eine Woche lang aus dem Fenster statt in Grün oder Himmel auf eine dunkelbraune hohe Holzwand zu schauen, im vollbetonierten Innenhof 2 große Kübel mit total vertrocknetem Lavendel stehen zu haben, im Schrank ein Glas mit Lippenstiftresten, sehr knapp abgezählte Teller (4 kleine Teller, Minimüslischälchen bzw statt Porzellan größere aus Melamin, dafür 12 Gabeln und 12 Löffel + 12 Messer). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fand ich nicht stimmig. Und ohne Fußmatte im Badezimmer ist es echt blöde und rutschig - wie gut, dass ich durch einen "Vorschreiber" vorgewarnt war und vorgesorgt hatte. Am meisten und dauerhaft gestört hat mich aber die Dunkelheit durch die hohe Holzwand, mit der der Vermieter seine Privatsphäre zu schützen sucht - verständlich, aber für uns eine Zumutung. Da gibt es wirklich hübschere Alternativen. Diese Wohnung miete ich jedenfalls nicht wieder. Der Eindruck ist, dass möglichst viel Geld gemacht werden will. Schade!

Super schönes und sauberes Ferienappartement!

Das Appartement ist sehr stilvoll, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber! Da wir mit unserem 3Monate alten Sohn Urlaub machten, wurde uns sogar Babyaustattung zur Verfügung gestellt! Alles war top!

Sehr schön!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Eine Garderobe für die Jacken wäre noch praktisch, vielleicht gegenüber der Terrassentür und eine Tuschteppich gegen kalte Füße :-) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr schöne, ruhig gelegener Ferienwohnung nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Vermieter sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Da wir das erste Mal mit Kind(5 Monate) unterwegs waren wieder uns auf Anfrage alles nötige zur Verfügung gestellt.
