The villa is easily reachable from Catania airport by taking the highway to Syracuse and taking the first Lentini exit. Once you exit the highway, continue left towards Siracusa - SS 114, following the yellow arrow Agnone Bagni. The entrance to the town is along the aforementioned State Road 114 in front of the Esso supply, immediately after the sign indicating km 123 (about 5 km from the highway exit). The house has an area of 90 m², has 2 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishes. The house, equipped with a garden, deck chairs, umbrella, and large outdoor terraces, is located in an exclusive and reserved area a few steps from the sea, halfway between Catania and Syracuse and enjoys a splendid view of Etna. The villa is rented both in weeks and months. In September and October the weather is still beautiful in Sicily and it will be possible to take advantage of discounts on rates.

Großartiges Panaroma

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Küche war gut sortiert, man konnte sowohl drinnen wie draußen sitzen (dank Klimaanlage selbst bei Temperaturen um die 40°C) und war nicht nur nahe am Meer, sondern hatte auch eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und den Etna. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Bien situé et calme

Logement simple mais suffisant pour quelques jours, très situé pour visiter le sud est de l'île. Quartier calme et sécurisé. Très belle vue sur et sur l'Etna. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et prévenant. Point négatif, l'état délabré de la rembarde de sécurité du balcon, qui peut être dangereuse. Très satisfait de cette location

Nous avons été déçus par le confort de la maison qui demande un peu de rafraîchissement intérieur et extérieur ! La climatisation globale de la maison est à revoir , les nuits ont été chaudes et fatigantes ! Sinon l'emplacement de la propriété est agréable : vue sur la mer et l'Etna au loin !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien placée et très agréable. La petite crique juste à côté est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Et la douche extérieure est géniale.

nice holiday house close to the beach

We stayed as a family in August 2018 one week in the holiday house between Catania and Siracusa. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Even in the kitchen there are all utensils for self-cooking. The owner was very friendly and helpfull and although he stays in Catania we could ask him any questions per whattsapp. The house is situated in a small village, there are no shopping facilities and restaurants, so we recommend a hire car. After a few minutes walk you can reach a small sandy beach, a few minutes walk more you can find a stony beach, where it is nice for snorkeling and you also can jump from the cliffs into the water. It`s quite a fun for children. Also there are umbrellas and chairs, which you can use for the beach. The location of the holiday house is excellent, when you want to visit the Etna or if you want to go sightseeing in Catania or Siracusa, even the long and sandy beaches in the south of Siracusa are not far away. The only negative was that the neighborhood was quite noisy sometimes. There was loud music and Karaoke singing till midnight. And there is no WiFi.

Relaxing stay, good base for exploring the region!

Our stay in Gaetano's villa was a lot of fun! He greeted us warmly and showed us all that we needed to make the most of our stay in his clean and cosy 2-bedroom villa. The upper deck made a great spot to enjoy breakfasts and relaxation in the evenings. The lower deck is very large and could be used for dining and relaxing. Good amenities were provided, although we were unable to use the bbq. He has lovely landscaping on the property but the overgrowth near the bbq made it difficult to reach/use. It would have been nice to have this option for making quick meals. We were given good suggestions how best to access local supermarkets as well as ideas for day trips to nearby Agnone Beach, Augusta, and Siracusa. To make the most of this location, a car is essential. We would definitely recommend this villa! Thanks, Gaetano!

Angenehmes Haus mit Blick auf Äetna und Meer.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, der Vermieter war freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Lage empfiehlt sich für interessante Exkursionen ins Umland von Taormina bis in den Südosten, schnelle Erreichbarkeit des Flughafens. Baden ist möglich, es gibt allerdings schönere Badestellen. Empfehlenswert! Roman.

Detached property with fantastic views

Property was on raised pillars to take advantage of views but also gave shaded area underneath. Garden area could do with some weeding and a path to chimera. Outdoor shower was good. Well equipped, clean property and owner very helpful. Attractive marina and sandy beach 5 minutes walk. Definitely need a car to reach shops, restaurants etc. which are 20 minutes + away. We enjoyed our stay.

D'excellentes vacances

Malgré une capacité du réfrigérateur un peu juste pour un couple et deux enfants, la location est fonctionnelle et bien située. En effet, la vue face à la mer et l'Etna est magnifique. Ambiance festive le soir près du petit port. A mi-chemin entre Catane et Syracuse, il y a une plage de galets et rochers à quelques minutes à pied, ou une plage de sable très étendue à Agnone Bagni (voiture nécessaire). Quant au propriétaire, le contact est facile et rapide. Une très bonne pizzeria au Château d'Or. Nous y avons séjourné 3 semaines.

Molto belle vacanze

La villa è bene situata in altezza. I ventilatori ai massimali sono molto piacevoli. Molto bella vista sul mare ed Etna. Vicino ad una linea ferroviaria ma poco frequentata. Posto calmo. Spiaggia di pietre e rocce a meno di 10 minuti a piedi (con maschere per vedere nell'acqua, è splendido) e 15 minuti in automobile di una spiaggia di sabbia. Siamo passato vacanze meravigliose in uno bello posto con persone della contrada molto calorose. Grazie al proprietario molto piacevole.

Nous avons apprécié notre sejour dans cette villa, l' accueil a été agreable. Belle maison à proximité de la mer,spacieuse , tres bien equipée et tres propre , avec jardin, terrasse et balcon d ou on peut manger avec vue superbe ( mer et Etna ). A mi chemin entre catania et siracusa , voiture indispensable pour faire les courses. Petite plage à proximité . Nous recommandons cette location .

La casa è bella, curata, pulita, e attrezzata con tutto quanto è elencato nel sito, In particolare sono presenti piatti, bicchieri pentole, lenzuola e biancheria da bagno. Lo standard è ottimo. Dalla casa si gode una splendida vista sul mare e sull’Etna. Ampi spazi esterni. Il mare è vicino e raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minutii, ma percorrendo alcuni chilometri in auto è possibile visitare le splendide spiagge di sabbia dorata in provincia di Siracusa Buona posizione per visitare la costa orientale siciliana, dall’estremo sud (Capo Passero) a Taormina e oltre. Il proprietario è molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile a fornire informazioni sulle principali attrazioni turistiche e sui locali in cui è possibile gustare i sapori tipici della Sicilia. Logement avec belle vue sur mer et l'Etna. Plage à proximité malheureusement peu intéressante. Maison pratique pour les vacances (bémol : manque de vaisselle, pas de fer à repasser). Le fait qu'elle se situe en hauteur permet une ventilation même par grosse chaleur, les ventilateurs au plafond permettent de dormir correctement. Un peu bruyant l'été (entourage). Grande terrasse sous la maison avec douche extérieure (bien pratique). Pas de commerce de proximité, il faut prendre la voiture.

A nice holiday in Eastern Sicily

Villa Betty is a nice location in an exclusive and naturalistica area. The sea is close and clean, you can choose between beach and rocks. The villa is easy to reach from Catania’s airport or from the motorway and is well connected with the most important naturalistic and artistic locations in the surrounding area. The house is comfortable and clean, the kitchen has all appliances listedo on the site and the garden is well-kept. bed linen and towels are comfortable. Besides, the owner is very kind and available for any need. We recommend the villa to those who love both the sea and the countryside and enjoy to visit artistic places

Casa in posizione panoramica, mare pulito

Abbiamo fittato la casa per una settimana in agosto. Il mare è bello, ci sono gli scogli, è facilmente raggiungibile a 5 minuti di cammino a piedi. La casa è in posizione panoramica, davvero una bella vista dal balcone e dal terrazzo sottostante. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato le dotazioni così come indicato sul sito. Particolarmente comodo il balcone e l'ampio terrazzo sottostante. Il posto auto è sulla strada, ma la casa è dotata anche di un posto auto interno, noi abbiamo preferito quello. Non soffrirete molto il caldo, ma se necessario troverete dei ventilatori nelle camere da letto. Buona posizione per visitare la costa siciliana, da Taormina a Siracusa e oltre.

Una vacanza indimenticabile

Casa confortevole e ben attrezzata in cui si trova tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Splendida vista sul mare e posizione strategica per visitare la Sicilia
