Torba villa review

Beautiful villa and very clean. Alan was an excellent villa host and provided lots of help. Lovely swimming pool and great fun having the pool and tennis table. Excellent location for beautiful Torba or short taxi to Bodrum centre.

As advertised large house, needs some tlc as it shows signs of aging. While the pool area looks nice it could be maintain better, pool water including the Jacuzzi was cold despite visiting in Aug, told it would take 2 to 3 days to heat and would as noted require an extra cost. Property manager was very nice and listened, but overall could do little as he only managed the property.

One week in Torba

The property itself is very large and overall was a comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was smooth and they were there at check in to make sure all our questions were answered. However the property was in a bit of a tired state and needed just a bit more attention for it to be a great stay and demand the upper side of rental prices Bodrum. It was clearly an old property which is understandable but certain aspects did need updating such as the toilets and the table tennis equipment. Hot water did seem to run out fairly quickly which would need to be considered if in a large geoup

Greatcommunication botha before and during our stay. Brilliant villa for our family of 8 adults.

The holiday has been absolutely brilliant. The villa had everything you need with plenty of room and equipment for us all. We didn't need to hire a car in the end, as we were able to easily walk to the small local public beach (5minutes) and about 5- 10 mins walk to the nearest small supermarkets to stock up. There is a taci rank about 4 minutes walk from the villa and taxis are ridiculously cheap. About £5 to get to Bodrum centre for 4 of us and about5-10mins away. Torba- the town has a choice of restaurants too. Highly recommend.

Great property for a big family vacation

Great property which we enjoyed spending one week of a family reunion. Well equipped villa with a great host. Only negative was a bit of a sewage smell.

Great stay in Torba

Lovely property. Has everything per description. Brilliant for a larger group, and especially teenagers. A lovely 5min walk to the nearest restaurants, really convenient for the half hourly dolmus to Bodrum, and 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. Only detraction is the massive, private, all inclusive complex that inhabits a large part of the centre of the beach and village. Oh and watch out for the wild boars in the neighbourhood. Really.

Great location and design

Property worked well for our group of 12. Spascious with plenty to keep us entertained. Outside dining areas enjoyed with great views over the bay. Walking distance to nice restaurants, beach and watersports. Air conditioning in a couple of bedrooms could have worked better and a few areas of villa decor needs attention, hot water was sparse. Villa could also have been cleaner outside, bath mats washed etc. However, would recommend. There is a disco in Torba that plays loud music until about 11pm which you can hear which is a shame. Quiet during the day and pool good size for swimmimg. Yoga mats provided, hammock great place to relax.

Hello, I am glad you had enjoyed your stay. Apologies about the minor hiccups! There is a property manager available 24/7. As soon as he was notified about a/c problems (which can happen in such a large villa with more than 10 air cons - a repair man was sent ASAP). We had groups up to 16 people with no problems with hot water - this is being investigated. The music is out-with any of the residents control, you will find in many Turkish resorts and you get used to it after a while.
