Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit der Unterkunft nicht zufrieden waren. Gemäß Galileo GT ist der Kunde verpflichtet, etwaige Probleme während seines Aufenthalts sofort zu melden, damit der Anbieter die Möglichkeit hat, den Service zu verbessern. Bezüglich Ihrer Aussagen: Leider sind Toilettenpapiere weder vorhanden noch im Preis inbegriffen. Außerdem befindet sich das Haus in einer kleinen Stadt und es kann insbesondere während der Hochsaison zu Situationen mit niedrigem Wasserdruck kommen.
