Phoenix VIII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over1,500 sq ft, this unit is very spacious.

The views are amazing from this 4th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 50'' Smart TV in living room, a 50” Smart TV in the master bedroom and 43'' Smart TVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!! All floors are porcelain tile and laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.

There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.

Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VIII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was pretty roomy, aside from one of the bathrooms. It is well-furnished, however the sofa needs replacing. Has a beautiful view of the gulf. Management was quickly helpful in replacing a missing remote control.Though the condo needed better floor cleaning and could use some updating, generally, it is nice enough for 4 people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but furniture needs to be upgraded. Bed Frames are noisy. They provide nothing in the way of essentials which was stated but only one hand towel, disher soap, laundry soap. It was noisy with kids above us. It was clean when we arrived but floors weren't swept. Wifi only worked when we walked downstairs.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 people and had plenty of room to sleep. Livingroom, dining room were a little cramped for all of us. There was some plumbing issues - didn't affect us but we heard the noise at all hours. The decription says two hot tubs when there was only one and very small at that (3 people). The outside pool area was nice but water was very cold. Ran like a hotel. Smoking policy should be in the reviews. We all know you can't smoke indoors but should say that 4th floor and by pool area are the only areas you can smoke

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check out was a nightmare. Power was cut off and I had 2 children under 2, my elderly parents (one which has alzheimers) and my daughter with me. It was extremely hard for 2 women to get them and all of our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Yes I was aware that the power was going off but we missed the cut off by about 3 minutes. We have always had great experiences before with Phoenix Rentals. Not sure we will come again though after this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience at Phonix VIII was good. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. The location was excellent for the Wharf, watching the Blue Angels practice, FloraBama and Sweet Cone Alabama. Even though it was a little out of the way for The Hangout and Lulu's, the drive wasn't bad. The condo was well stocked but needed a deep clean. We found trash under a nightstand when it was moved to plug in a hair dryer, candy stuck to a headboard and sand in the living area. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. A patio chair was broken and a leg on the recliner had obviously been patched. All of the upholstery needed cleaning. We had plenty of space for six adults and one child.The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating around the pool. The gazebo was great for a lunch by the pool and our little one loved the kiddie pool! I would stay here again, but owners need to be aware of the cleaning issues.
