In a rural setting characterized by its tranquility, the house has spectacular views over the valley, the sea, the mountains and the volcanic cones of Argual, Triana, La Laguna and Todoque.
The house is located on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed and an extra bed.
A cot and trolley are available upon request. It has 1 bathroom, a living room with an integrated kitchen, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a large garden area, as well as private parking at the house.
The cleaning and exchange service is for stays longer than a week.
At 400 m. from the house there is a bus stop that connects with the main towns of the island.
On the same plot, upstairs is the multi-lingual Dutch owner's house.
