It is a spacious and pleasant house, 15 min from Bordeaux by car, very close ring road, Tramway la Gardette 15 min by foot. bus 50m from the house, 20 minutes from Bordeaux Merignac airport. close to all amenities.
Deposit 3000 € in 3 checks on arrival which will be returned 7 days after departure.
