Wonderful villa with private pool, very private, set in Maria de la Salud, a quiet and no touristic town in Mallorca.

There is lovely garden in front of the property, with a beautiful living are. Inside, there is a large living and dining room on the left, open to a huge kitchen, and also to the back terrace, with a dining area and pool with a Jacuzzi in it, and beautiful views to the countryside. There is also a toilet. To the right of the property there are three lovely bedrooms with double beds, all of them with a bathroom en suite. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the nature and all the island.

It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors
All rooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.

IMPORTANT


In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Location
Thanks to its mountainous location, it is a wonderful place to enjoy the nearby countryside of the island. Far from any busy road and in the centre of the island, we find this quiet little village.
It is the ideal destination to get to know the real Mallorca.
The most picturesque coves with small hidden lagoons are between 10 and 20 kilometres away.
