-Beautiful, well equipped house with large pool. -Everything you need is within walking distance. -Ricardo was very nice and helpful. -Unfortunately there are many barking dogs nearby.

Agréable séjour

Les extérieurs de la maison sont tops (très belle piscine, espace barbecue et terrasse) mais la maison est située dans un lotissement assez bruyant (chiens qui aboient toute la journée et jardin mitoyen avec le voisin). Il aurait été appréciable de préciser que les deux chambres enfants sont situées au premier étage accessible uniquement par un escalier échelle très dangereux pour les enfants. Le gros plus est la proximité de la plage et la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Ricardo, notre contact.

Estadia maravilhosa

Adorámos a estadia. Estava tudo super limpo. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Casas de banho muito limpas e espaçosas. Quartos igualmente limpos, espaçosos, bem equipados e colchões muito confortáveis. Sala de estar muito aconchegante com televisão grande (ainda pudemos assistir a jogos na sportv) :) zona exterior fabulosa; piscina grande e limpa, zona de churrasco, espaço para relaxar e jogar jogos. Super endroit à Esposendo

Très belle villa, bien équipée et très bien placé pour aller à la place en 10 min à pied. Le quartier est calme et agréable. La piscine est vraiment top et le jardin agréable pour se reposer ou prendre le soleil. Je recommande cet endroit.

Completo y con mucho servicio, está muy bien equipado el alojamiento. Como nota negativa, decir que olía mucho a humedad, sobre todo la cocina y las lacenas, incluso había accesorios de cocina con moho. La limpieza podría mejorar. Tanto Sonia como Ricardo muy amables.

Lovely house

Nice house in semi residential/recretional area. Indeed lost of dogs around but that is good custom in resudential area's. House, pool and garden well equiped. Short walk from beach,sea and river. Ricardo knows some nice restaurants in the area.

spacious, good wifi & TV, great pool and garden, close to beach and town - but note dogs barking!!

The property has a lot going for it - it is spacious, well equipped, wifi and TV very good - garden is kept well and pool is great. We didn't meet host Sonia but communication via email was good. We were met at the property by Ricardo who was very pleasant and helpful - he gave us some excellent tips for restaurants. The only real problem we had at the property was nothing to do with the owners or the property itself. It was to do with constant barking dogs across from the property - their owners would leave them outside during the day and night and they would bark on and off for long periods- there were lots of other barking dogs in the area - maybe this is something you get used to if you live there but as a holiday, I have to say that it definitely impacted on our enjoyment - there were no other noises but the lengthy periods of barking by various dogs did spoil things. As I said, this isn't the fault of Sonia and Ricardo and I'm not sure what they can do about it. Without the dogs, the property would be an excellent place to stay for a holiday.

Nice place

My wife and I enjoyed a nice week at the house. Everything clean and in good shape. Even small things like soap, salt, cleaning equipment and coffee were there so you did not need to buy the basics again but just refill what you used. The kitchen was fully furnished and even glasses and plates were plenty. Sonia was great in preparing the rental and follow up as well as Ricardo who welcomed us in a very friendly way, who took some good time to shows us the house as well as organise an efficient check-out at the end of the rental. The pool was wonderful incl. the pool service who did all the necessary things. Parking outside in front of the house or moving your car into the yard and look the main gate were easy. Only things to plan for would be, in case you d want to use the upper two bedrooms, the two bedrooms on the ground floor are fine, that the stairs to the upper floor are quite steep, so nothing for 60+ people.

Tolles und modern ausgestattetes Haus, in dem man problemlos auch mit 2 Familien Platz und genügend Badezimmer findet. Großartiger Pool, den wir trotz des schönen Strandes von Esposende täglich genutzt haben. Viele Freizeitangebote in Esposende (Wellenreiten, Kitesurfing, Jetski, ...) Great and well equiped house where you can find enough space and bathrooms for 2 families. Despite the beautiful beach of Esposende we used the great pool daily. Many things you can do in Esposende (surfing, kite surfing, Jetski, ...)
