Central location

Great location in heart of Santa Cruz neighbourhood but this also means very late night street noise as people leave the tapas bars. The listing mentions a washing machine but in fact this is a shared laundry room. Small bathroom given the overall size of the apartment.

Great apartment and area

Very good location and all the amenities needed for a several day stay. Communications with the property owner/manager were excellent... he was able to accommodate an early check in and he was quick to answer questions about parking.

Fantastic stay on Fabiola

The communication was top notch! From assisting with the check-in process to recommendations for food, coffee, and churros! The location of the property is excellent. Right in the heart of Santa Cruz, close to the Catedral de Sevilla and other historic sites, as well as Tom of tapas places. We especially loved El Librero, which had delicious white sangria(the only I found). The property itself is perfect for a couple or a small group of friends. The apartment is spacious and has great AC! Which was definitely needed! The rooftop area looks better than the pictures!! All in all it was a fabulous stay!! I highly recommend this property!!! (Also, I had difficulty paying on the app, and they were more than happy to help with the process-it is set up for Europeans I believe, and would not recognize my card)

Beautiful apartment. Just as described on VRBO. So convenient to walk to Alcazar, cathedral, and flamenco performance. Enjoyed the carriage ride through town.

Great spot

This was a great location and the apartment was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace. We would definitely recommend this rental.
