Relaxed Friendly Neighborhood

We had a lovely stay in Miguel and Maria's cosy spotlessly clean apartment. This is a fantastic central location with numerous pubs and restaurants in close proximity, Alameda de Hercules is just around the corner. The apartment has everything you need, truly home away from home. We were greeted by Miguel and Maria who kindly showed us around and provided a welcome booklet with helpful hints. Note the apartment is on the 3rd floor so there are steps to climb. Definitely would highly recommend for a very pleasurable stay in Seville. Thank you Miguel and Maria for having us. We were met at the door by our host as soon as the taxi arrived and he helped us up the stairs with our luggage. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with all we needed including a good selection of spices. The host has prepared a booklet in multiple languages telling you everything you need to know about the rental (garbage, grocery stores, detailed instructions on operation of the washing machine, etc.). The terrace was greatly appreciated in the evenings as were the two local bars on the street, which had great tapas. My partner and I are 69 and 70 years old, in good shape, but did find the 56 stairs a challenge.

Merci Maria et Miguel pour votre accueil et disponibilité. Location près de tout ce qu’il faut (bars, pharmacie, boulangerie tres bonne….) et à 10 mn à pied du centre historique. Nous reviendrons.

Alles, was man braucht. Auch für Familien.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Miguel und Maria empfangen. Den Kinderwagen konnten wir im Eingangsbereich stehen lassen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber. Am besten ist die Terrasse, auf der man eine tolle Sicht auf die umliegenden Häuser Sevillas hat (und von der Straße nicht einsehbar). Uns als Familie wurden zudem netterweise ein Hochstuhl, eine Babywanne und ein Babybett angeboten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern erfolgte stets schnell, wir konnten uns bei Problemen an sie wenden. Auch die Lage ist super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, und einige leckere Tapasbars sind auch gleich um die Ecke...

Parfait pour découvrir Séville

L'appartement est bien équipé dans un quartier tranquille assez proche du centre historique. Nous avons été bien accueillis les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons utilisé le parking du propriétaire ce qui nous a permis de ne plus utiliser la voiture pendant trois jours. Nous recommandons ce lieu de se.

Les hôtes sont charmants et très réactifs. L'appartement est bien situé, très propre et bien équipé. L'immeuble est calme. La belle terrasse est très agréable. La chambre à coucher est au fond de l'appartement et calme. Le quartier est vivant avec supermarchés, boulangeries et bars à tapas à proximité. La gare autobus (navette aéroport) se trouve à 10-15 min., le centre ville est également accessible à pied. Une belle expérience! Merci à nos hôtes!

Ideal apartment for a visit for to fabulous Seville.

We were warmly greeted by the charming owners although we had a late arrival time. The welcome was enhanced by the delivery of delicious fresh fruit from their home the next morning. The apartment is as described on the HomeAway site and we can fully support the positive reviews already posted. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, fully equipped and comfortable. The balcony is a real plus being perfect for breakfast and great to relax on after sightseeing in Seville. The location is also excellent. We walked to all the major sites in the city, however it is only short walk to a variety of bus stops, which cover all the sites. Buses are a great way to get to know Seville and if you get a multi trip bus card, they are incredibly good value (69 cents a trip as at June 18). The area around the apartment has a local feel, with many small bars, all offering tapas and more, plus many independent shops. Within a short walk a much wider range of bars and restaurants is available. You are really spoilt for choice, we had several memorable meals. The service and friendliness of staff in the bars and restaurants added to our enjoyment. Two points to note about the apartment - 1) the stairs, you do need to be reasonably agile to use them as it is three quite narrow flights to the apartment - 2) it would be a bit cramped for 4 adults as two adults would sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. ( These points are for information - they were not an issue for us, a couple in our 50’s). Overall the apartment perfectly fitted our needs and provided a great base to visit Seville. (We also did a day trip to Córdoba, very easy by train and well worth a visit, and took a local bus to Santiponce for the Roman ruins, also good).

The hosts were lovely! The apartment was clean and everything well organized. Great proximity to two of the best tapas restaurants ever! We really enjoyed our stay- only comment is that there are many stairs to the apt in case anyone is challenged by climbing stairs. Overall great place!

Petit appartement, très agréable, propre et très bien placé. Boulangerie, supermarché sont proches. Très bon bar à tapas, dans une rue voisine, A 10mn de la gare routière, à 15 mn du centre touristique. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour le petit déjeuner ou l'apéro après une longue journée de visite. Séville est une superbe ville!!!!!!

Aanvankelijk was het wifi signaal erg zwak, maar Miguel en Maria hebben veel gedaan om de ontvangst van het internet te verbeteren. De snelheid was daarna uitstekend. Zij hebben veel vertrouwen in hun gasten. Het balkon op het zuiden is een prettige plek om te relaxen. In de woonkamer en in de slaapkamer is airconditioning (ook te gebruiken als verwarming). De bedden zijn vrij kort, maar comfortabel. Handig is een boek met informatie over winkels en dergelijke. Er zijn volop kaarten van Sevilla aanwezig.

Casa confortevole in un bel quartiere

La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario con un terrazzino molto godibile (se non pioverà, come invece è successo durante la nostra vacanza). Per due persone è veramente comoda. Il quartiere è veramente tranquillo e nelle vicinanze si trova tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno ed è vicino al centro. Miguel è stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di utilizzare la casa oltre l'orario del consueto check out. La raccomanderemo senz'altro ai nostri amici. Daniela e Bruno
