Villa Peroni - VINTAGE

The apartment has been completely renovated in December 2017 and it is located in an ancient villa with a lakefront beautiful garden and terrace.
It has a stunning lake view from windows and private balcony and is conveniently located in a quiet area but adjacent to the center of the village.

It has a brand-new bathroom with shower. It has a beautiful lake-front view garden, with BBQ, and terrace with gazebo where guests can have outdoor dinner and relax.

This beautifully furnished apartment is ideal for couples and families up to 5 and provides the perfect base for exploring and enjoying Lake Como.

Guests are accommodated in the master double room with a breath-taking lake view. A sofa bed for two is also present in the living room. The spacious open plan lake view living room provides a fabulous space in which to relax and entertain in a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV-sat.

Free unlimited wi-fi connection is also provided.

It is conveniently located in a quiet area but adjacent to the center of the village. So, guests can easily reach the amenities of beautiful ancient Argegno, which is situated along the south western shore of Lake Como.

Through the pedestrian street, guests can easily and quickly reach by walking:
-ferry boat station and bus stop (150 meters)
-highly recommended authentic Italian restaurants, cafés, wine-bars, bakeries, ice cream shop, pharmacy and other shops (150 meters)
-Lido with swimming pool (300 meters)
-Boat rental (400 meters)
-Cable car station for Pigra, basis for beautiful mountain day trips: (600 meters)

Private parking:
a) available free of charge (not fine for big cars)
OR
b) upon request covered parking spot suitable for big cars (4 meters width), with a surcharge of 5 euro per day.

A frequent passenger ferry boat and bus service run from Argegno and guests can easily explore all the lake area, even without using the car. The famous Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna as well as Como and renowned Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and Comacina Island are all easily reachable in a few minutes.

Argegno is 60 kilometers from Milan and 40 from Lugano.

Stairs (approx. 30 steps in total) are necessary to get into the apartment. This is a very common condition at Como Lake, since most houses are built over the mountains / hills and are ancient building, without an elevator.
