Delightful holiday home in Aruba
Arubahome is located in the quiet area of Punto di Oro. It is a beautiful well maintained four-person bungalow at about 3KM distance from Oranjestad and about 5KM from one of the most beautiful beaches of Aruba "Eagle Beach" and "Palm Beach".
The bungalow is air conditioned in all rooms. Both bedrooms each have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room has a seating area with sofa, TV and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with a four-seater dining table, large refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and has coffee and tea making facilities.
The spacious veranda features a lounge-diner set.
Of course, WIFI is available free of charge.
Consumption of water and electricity;
Water consumption is included in the rental rate up to 3 m3 per week.
Electricity is included in the rental rate up to 120Kwh per week.
Taxes;
Tourist Taxes are included.
Management;
The management of the property is provided by Julie Partosemito.
Upon arrival at the house you will be welcomed by Julie or one of her employees. They ensure that you receive the keys and explain everything to you.
During your stay, you can contact one of them at any time with questions.
