The apartment is fully equipped and with independent outside space, balcony or terrace. Located just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes drive from the ferry to Lisbon (or 11 klm down the bridge)

Appartement situé à 5min a pieds de la mer et à 10min à pieds du centre et de tous les commerces. Lisbonne est à seulement 30min par le pont du 25 avril. Il est bien équipé, spacieux pour 4 personnes et propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Super ren og meget godt indrettet. Tæt ved bussen som vi tog dagligt til Lissabon. Udlejer Joan kan hjælpe med alt og er nem at få fat i - har masser af gode forslag / kontakter til restauranter, bar, surfing m.m.

Appartement bien équipé, mais...

L'appartement est très bien équipé mais malheureusement nous n'avons pas remarqué qu'il était situé au dessus d'une route à double voie et d'un carrefour, donc le bruit des voitures nous a empêché d'utiliser le balcon. On entendais aussi beaucoup les voisins au dessus et dans le cage d'escalier. Par contre Joao, le propriétaire, était très professionnelle et sympathique.

Cher Jean Fontaine. Merci pour votre préférence. L'un des grands avantages de l'appartement Lisbon Beach est son emplacement privilégié. Situé sur une rue principale, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre-ville. La maison est équipée de fenêtres à double vitrage qui isolent les bruits de la rue. Bien sûr, étant sur la terrasse, il y avait du bruit de la circulation. J'espère que vous avez apprécié le dîner que je vous ai donné au restaurant Pata Roxa, l'un des plus renommés de la Costa de Caparica. Je ne peux pas m'empêcher d'être extrêmement attristé par votre classement. Félicitations João Guerra

Why they chose this property

The impressive landscape of the Costa de Caparica invites you to make great walks. The seafront promenade separates the town of Costa da Caparica from the sea. A series of spikes built to protect the village from the fury of the sea, have between each a large succession of small beaches. The beaches of Caparica are designated according to the name of the different concessionaires responsible for their exploitation, for example: Tarquínio, Vermelho Dragão or Praia Nova.
After the settled area of the Costa da Caparica, there is an immense beach with about 30 kilometers, almost totally integrated in the Area of Protected Landscape of the Arriba Fóssil and that goes to Fonte da Telha, forming an immense zone of beaches in three large areas: Costa, Acacias and Medos.

What makes this property unique

Large esplanades, bars, nightclubs and a pontoon that invites to a pleasant walk next to the sea, indicates to us the proximity of the beach. Nearby we can enjoy a spectacular landscape area, a real masterpiece of nature carved by the waves of the sea and drawn by the winds, is the Protected Landscape of Arriba Fossil of Costa da Caparica.
