This first floor one-bedroomed flat in a converted handsome Edwardian villa has been refurbished to a high standard. Although ideally suited to one or two guests, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for use by another one or two guests for a short stay. Accommodation offers well equipped kitchen, bright lounge/diner with sofa bed, ensuite bedroom with UK size king size bed with Egyptian bed linen, hairdryer, modern bathroom with shower bath, vanity unit and walk in cupboard containing washing machine, ironing board and iron. Off road parking in private car park adjacent to the property. Free wifi, tv and dvd. No smoking. Unsuitable for children and pets. West Kirby is a bustling Victorian seaside town with numerous bistros, bars and independent boutiques. There is also a delightful marine lake popular with water sports enthusiasts. The starting point for a walk to Hilbre Islands, ideal for bird and seal spotting, is nearby. West Kirby Court is centrally placed to enjoy all this lively town has to offer and is only 5 minute drive to Royal Liverpool Golf Club with good road and rail links to Liverpool and Chester.

The location of this property is perfect! Very close to restaurants, shops and to downtown West Kirby. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and includes everything you would need throughout your stay.
Lovely flat, clean well-equipped and all you need. Great location. Well recommended.

Fantastic Location
We spent a weekend here and it really is the perfect base for exploring Liverpool and the wider area. The apartment is well appointed, and has everything you need for your stay. The Prosecco was a lovely extra touch too.
Would absolutely recommend this property.
A very enjoyable stay in an ideally situated apartment. Only problem was that it was impossible to communicate with the owner via the property manager when we were leaving and wished to tell her where we had left the keys.
A lovely comfortable apartment, well equipped for all our needs. A warm welcome from our host Lynn, with the makings of a cuppa on our arrival. A superb location for exploring the Wirrral, Liverpool, Chester and even North Wales. Located in the Centre of West Kirby, a great choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely walks directly from the apartment. A highly recommended place to stay.
The flat was simply perfect - for two guests. West Kirby is a nice little town, everything is close by what you need (f.e. supermarket, café). The train station is only a five minutes walk away - which is really great. In 30 Minutes, you are in the city centre of Liverpool. But you can also enjoy the beaches in West Kirby. A perfect combination of seaside and Liverpool!

Arriving at Manchester Airport it would have been possible to travel without a car - to West Kirby, but also alongside the Dee and parst of the Mersey for day trips. We used a rental car but we will opt to public transport in the future.
You should be aware that the flat faces to a not-that-quiet road, but traffic eases considerably in the evening.
The owner is a gracious hostess, who offers a clean, modern, and very attractive apartment. Everything needed for an enjoyable, extended stay is included. The apartment is an easy walking distance to retail, restaurants, train, and the beach. The owner promptly responds to emails. The price is reasonable. We can only recommend this apartment with great enthusiasm.

The property was as described with all the amenities you would need -and thanks for the thoughtful provisions and wine received on arrival. Only drawback was difficulty sometimes in accessing parking bay at night but easily remedied by using street parking outside
It makes an ideal base for a holiday on the Wirral and Merseyside. The train to Liverpool is only 5 mins. walk away. We ate out at Andre's and Figo and both were excellent.

Everything was as promised. I slept on sofa bed which was fairly comfortable. Clean and well equipped with good heating and hot water for baths and shower. Great location near station, shops, restaurants and the sea. Stayed here before and will stay again. Very good communication from the remote host.

The location was great allowing us to visit all of the places we had planned. The apartment was ideal for us as a married couple being extremely well fitted with adjacent private car parking. Clean, perfectly and fashionably appointed flat. West Kirby is an idyllic, relaxing beach town with great restaurants and beach walks. The flat is in the best location in town, steps from beach and restaurants. Our host Lynn was a tremendous help when we had trouble with our car. Wonderful experience.
Lynn made our Christmas stay as easy as possible for us, we were emailed details for checking in days in advance. The apartment was beautiful, clean and everything we needed was there. It was a great base for us while visiting family and was a great location. Thank you Lynn!
The property was spotlessly clean and a perfect size for a solo traveler, like me. There are two bars within a 60 second walk of the apartment, a fish & chip shop a four minute walk away, and a Morrison's supermarket a five minute walk away. Marine Lake is also a five minute walk and with a designated parking spot for your car, this is an ideal place to use as a base.

West Kirby is a lively place to stay with lots of bars, bistros and independent boutiques. I love period properties and this apartment is so bright and airy it is a pleasure to be in. Guests would not need their car staying here, with everything on the doorstep.
