About this property
House garden pool near Paris and Versailles
Our family home is spacious, modern and functional. It includes a reception room of 81m2, a dining kitchen of 17m and 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Its large triple exposure terrace is very nice as soon as the weather is suitable. Sheltered from the wind, it gives way to a ping-pong table and a large trampoline. On the south side, it overlooks the large swimming pool (10m x 5m) and on the palm trees!
The house is located in a residential area of a commune in the west of Paris.
The train station is a 5 min walk and the train makes it possible to get to Paris Saint-Lazare in 30 min.
Versailles and its Castle are also nearby and can be reached by train or car.
A bus line serves the area and a large shopping center is a few km away.
The forest of Louveciennes Marly-le-Roi is a 5 min walk for jogging and walks.
Local shops (bakery, pharmacy, press, market) are 5 minutes walk.

Le calme, la baignade dans la grande piscine entourée de végétation, le grand confort de la maison , la terrasse ensoleillée et la gentillesse d'Eric et Clémentine ont fait de ce séjour une réussite ! Merci encore !

Family Vacation. A family of four, with girls aged 10 & 15.
A beautiful holiday home in a perfect location for exploring Paris and the surrounding area. A 5 min walk to the train station gets you into Paris in around half an hour, Versailles is 20 mins away and we drove to EuroDisney ( no traffic issues) in around an hour. Breakfast on the patio, fresh bread, pastries from the local patisseries, with the sun shining, lazing around the wonderful pool in the quiet and secluded garden. Lots for the kids to do, table tennis, trampoline out doors and a massive selection of boardgames and table football in the cellar if it rains. Eric and Clem were on holiday at the time but still made themselves available to answer any queries we had. Communication was fantastic and they could not have done anything to make the stay any better. Wish we could do it all over again.

Superbe maison avec piscine près de Paris
Propriétaires charmants et réactifs à nos questions; Maison propre, très spacieuse et tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Nous avons bien profité avec nos petits enfants de la superbe piscine chauffée, du trampoline et du ping pong. Si près de Paris, une superbe maison avec piscine c'est une vraie opportunité!
