Anderes Zimmer als erwartet
Ferienwohnung war ok, alles war sauber. Balkon und Aussicht super. Allerdings entsprach das Zimmer nicht den Bildern auf dem Buchungsportal, die ein neuwertig renoviertes Zimmer/Bad zeigten. Die Lage war sehr gut, direkte Busanbindung ins Zentrum vor der Tür, Supermarkt ca. 200 m entfernt.

I can do my very best to offer a very good holyday. My hold house is an imperial one built by imperator "Barbarossa" in 1200, but completely renovated in 2017. Inside of it is possible to feel to be protected from the out side, strong walls and the country outside, with a wonderful view on the valley siting at the balcony.

Short stay at Garda
The apartment was a bit outdated, not like in the picture. There was everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen and the apartment was tidy and spacious. No AC. Nice large balcony with the view to the mountains. Location was a few kilometers from the city center, a bit far to walk there several times a day, but we rented bicycles, so the distance was not a problem.

Price point and appartement good located for sport trip to lake Garda
For our hiking and biking vacation we have chosen Villa Gemma as our sleeping and living place.
You will get a warm welcome from Gemma herself and be introduced into the appartement and garden. Extra room for bikes is available.
A bit unfortunal we found that we got an Appartement which was not renewed as some others and no pictures had shown the variety of the chambers from old to new that clear in advance. So if you go for an activity week with your close friend it is all fine and will do its job, but if you want to go for a romantic week with your partner in law you should have that managed and discussed in advance if you will get a renewed chamber.
The location is around 4km away from the centre of Riva, for walking a bit long but you can easily go by bike within less 10 minutes via nice bike highways. Supermarkets are in variety located to the villa. The main street in front of the building is okay, the building is quite separated with nice backyard to sit in and parking place for your car.
