This seaside house is located an hour drive (60kms) from Heraklion airport to the south and 1.5kms away from the picturesque village of Tsoutsouros . It lies on the top of a headland at 25m above sea, separating two bays, with magnificent sea and mountain views of Crete's south.

Located in a family estate of around 15 000 square meters (1,5 hectar) the house is part of a complex of four independent houses built in different levels around a small square located 25m above sea level, creating a picturesque neighbourhood. Aliori house is at the higher level and has panoramic views to the sea and mountains. (The house at the lower level is also available for rent and is also listed here as property : 8239087.)
Aliori house covers 65 square meters and consists of a dinning / living room with fully equipped kitchen, two double bedroom and a WC with shower.
A large shaded terrace is all around the house.
There is also an outdoor shower and outdoor chairs and table under the pergola.
From below is a beautiful sandy beach that is accessible only on foot and is scarcely visited by other people.
From the house, the access to the beach is through a private stone built stairway very easy to walk with two benches where you can sit, and enjoy the beautiful view.
The house has its own entrance from the parking area.
In case you have problem with the stairs there is always the 2km sandy beach of Tsoutsouros, which is accessible by car and offers umbrellas, sunbeds, coffee etc and shower.

Spektakulärer Wohlfühlort

Herausragende Lage des bestens ausgestatteten Hauses in fast unberührter Natur unweit eines sehr ursprünglichen Ortes. Freundlich zurückhaltende Gastgeber. Zugang zum naturbelassenen Kiesstrand über gut 130 Stufen erreichbar. Etwas Sport schadet ja nicht.

Wunderbar!

Schon aufgrund der Lage einmaliges Haus, die Umgebung traumhaft, nette Menschen, schöne Ausflugsziele (Sarakinaschlucht, Lassithiplateau) und natürlich Sonne und Meer! Sehr nette, völlig unkomplizierte Vermieter, mehrere andere Wohnungen auf dem selben Grundstück, aber alle uneinsehbar und separat. Wir waren das vierte Mal auf Kreta, immer woanders und dies war sicherlich ein Highlight. Nur ein Vorschlag: Eine Geschirrspülmaschine fehlt und wäre toll. Alexandros,vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub!

Traumurlaub

Es war fantastisch! Das Haus liegt sensationell auf einer Klippe, der Weg zum Strand runter über eine Steintreppe ist ein willkommenes kleines Workout ein paar mal am Tag ;) und die Ausstattung im Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Alexandros und seine Frau waren reizend, sie hatten uns Wasser und frisches Obst zu unserer Ankunft bereit gestellt... und obwohl wir die Frage nach einem Fernseher gar nicht ernst gemeint hatten, stand schwupps am nächsten Tag einer im Zimmer. Also: absolut empfehlenswert! Ein toller Geheimtipp! Wir kommen wieder ☀️

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegenes Häuschen an der Küste

Das Beach House liegt wunderschön an der Südküste von Kreta. Hier hört man nur Meeresrauschen oder den Seewind. Man hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer. Morgens kann man den Sonnenaufgang von der einen Terasse des Hauses und abends den Sonnenuntergang von der anderen Terasse des Hauses genießen. Nachts sind so viele Sterne am Himmel sichtbar wo sonst nirgends. Das liegt daran, dass es so gut wie keine Störlichter gibt. Eine Treppe führt zu einer einsam gelegenen schönen Bucht mit kleinen Kiessteinen und groben Sand. In der Nähe (ca. 900 m) gibt es den kleinen Hafenort Tsoutsourous. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Laden (keine große Auswahl!) mit dem Notwendigsten (leider kein frisches Fleisch / Fisch), der auch am Wochenende und bis spät abends geöffnet hat. Auch gibt es dort ein paar Tavernen. Hier können wir ausschließlich das "Zorbas" am Ortsrand empfehlen. Im Zorbas ist alles sehr köstlich, nicht teuer und der Wirt ist sehr, sehr nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Beach House sehr genossen (insbesonderte die Ruhe, die Aussicht und die Meeresnähe) und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Fantastic!

The house of Alexandros is beautiful! It has an extraordinary position overlooking the sea on the promontory that divides the bay of Tsoutsouros from the beautiful beach of Krassas which can be accessed through a very well made private stone staircase. It's practically almost a private beach! In addition to being beautiful, the house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Alexandros and his very kind wife were very friendly and helpful but at the same time respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. Ultimately, I highly recommend the Alexandros house to anyone interested in a holiday of pure relaxation and to explore the beautiful southern part of Crete!

L’endroit parfait pour les amoureux de la mer

La petite maison est parfaite et, surtout, située dans un endroit idéal avec la mer de tous les côtes : une terrasse pour voir le soleil se coucher et une autre pour voir la lune se lever. Les communications avec Alexandros sont faciles et efficaces. Un havre de tranquillité et de beauté.

Über dem Meer schweben

Das Strandhaus ist mit qualitativ hochwertigen Möbeln und Gebrauchsgegenständen ausgestattet und seine Lage ist traumhaft. Es ist genau zwischen zwei langen Stränden an einem Cap auf einer kleinen Anhöhe gelegen, so dass man von drei Seiten im Haus über Fenster und Türen auf das Meer schauen kann. Auf diese Weise bietet sich ein atemberaubender Panoramablick. Der Zugang zum Strand ist direkt über eine kleine Steintreppe vom Haus aus möglich. Die Strände sind nur wenig besucht, so dass man am Haus und am Meer prima die Ruhe genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Nur heftiger Wind kann diese Oase der Ruhe manchmal etwas irritieren. Im nahegelegenen Ort Tsoutsouros gibt es mehrere Tavernen und zwei Supermärkte. Überall wird man sehr freundlich und zu fairen Preisen bedient. Auch die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist exzellent: Alexander und seine Familie sind sehr sympathisch und in allen Belangen ausgesprochen zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein hohes Maß an Gastfreundschaft erlebt - lieber Alexander: nachträglich nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank dafür, dass wir in Eurem Haus zwei so tolle Wochen erleben durften! Peter

A beautiful paradise

We loved this property- it was everything we were looking for- gorgeous views, private beach, walking trails to the little town, perfect house with private patios and gardens. The owner was wonderful - very responsive and helpful with recommendations. The place was very clean and charming. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We spent hours wandering the trails and tideoools, and swimming in the ocean. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

This is a beach house ! 100%recommended!

A family owned, non ikea-styled beach house with Really everything you may need.. A lot of seaview, sunny from rise to down! Well equiped kitchen, lovely interieur, sunbeds and a almost private beach nearby. If you like privacy in still perfekt nature area, This is a magic place to be. I can 100% recommend this house, the price is very good for what you get. The owner family Raptopoulos is nice, friendly and absolut serious; thanks alex and family for everything, see you again in oktober! Giorgio&Varvara
