Please note: This property can only accommodate check ins on a Monday or Friday and has a 2 night minimum stay. The Dower House is a semi-detached house based near the town of Bedford in Bedfordshire. It has three bedrooms comprising of two super king size zip/inks which can be twins and one has an en-suite, a king with an en-suite, a family bathroom and a cloakroom, it can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off road parking, a patio with a table and chairs, a lawn with a table, chairs and a gas barbecue. The Dower House is an excellent cottage in a great location.

Amenities: Oil central heating and underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 50" TV with Freeview, 3 x TV, DVD, WIFI, selection of books and DVDs, Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Patio with table and chairs, lawn with table, chairs and charcoal BBQ and firepit. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Games room is shared occasionally. Note: Electric car charging is not available at this property. Note: the property has external CCTV's only. Please note: a starter park of charcoal is provided for the BBQ.

A regular commuter train service into London Kings Cross and to Luton Airport also runs from Bedford Station.

The perfect country idyll.

Having stayed here twice, there is no doubt that we shall return.. Wonderfully peaceful location, with several interesting places to visit just a short drive away. Perfect hosts, and if you need to recharge your batteries, this is the place to do it.
