Surrounded by a large independent garden which is in turn inserted in a vast fully fenced olive grove. Both the garden and the olive grove contain various types of fruit trees: olive trees, vines, orange trees, apple trees, pear trees, cherry trees etc. and all the typical herbs of the Mediterranean climate. A path leads to a small stream at the foot of the hill from where you can reach the medieval city of Chiavari and its beaches with a walk or bike ride

We hat very good time in the "Villa delle rosa". The house ist fine and the big garden grandious! And Elisa, the owner very friendly and open. I can very recommend this house!

My friends (men and women) and i stayed in this accommodation to attend a wedding in the town next door. It was a total of 11 of us. The space was perfect for our needs. The location was beautiful, safe, and peaceful. Cleanliness was impeccable (truly, i was very impressed), and what's more, the hostesses, especially Laura, went above and beyond. Not only was she quick to respond, but she helped us more than once with language barriers we had with local services. The most notable was when we were stressing over scheduling taxis to take us to the wedding. Our Italian was not good enough to ask for multiple cars and though she could've simply guided us, she actually called the taxi service for us which allowed us to arrive early for the wedding! We are filled with immense gratitude for that. Taxis, by the way, make traveling to Chiavari or elsewhere very convenient. It's an 8-minute drive from the accommodation to the local train station which is in the center of Chiavari. It was a 20-minute drive to take us to the town next door for the wedding (Zoagli). There is also a bus you can take which, to get to it, is a bit of a walk downhill first (about 15 minutes?). All in all, I would absolutely recommend this stay and when next i come to Chiavari, i will stay here again!

Nous avons passé en famille une semaine formidable, malgré le mauvais temps, à la Villa delle Rose

Nous étions 18, parents, enfants, petits-enfants et nous avons trouvé une maison totalement adaptée à une vie en commun pendant une semaine: chambres parfaites, cuisine très bien équipée, salles de bain fonctionnelles. Merci à Elisa pour l'aménagement de cette villa où l'on s'est retrouvé immédiatement à l'aise. Même si à cause du temps, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin, tout à bien fonctionné et nous avons pu visiter beaucoup de lieux intéressants aux alentours: Chiavari, Carnogli, Sestri Levante, les Cinque Terre, Pise...
