Charming residence on the first floor of a beautiful villa with shared swimming pool in Lecce, with large garden and a few minutes from the city center, in a strategic and central position to visit all of Salento.

The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a comfortable double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, relaxation corner with double sofa bed and TV corner, living room with equipped kitchen.

From the bedroom there is access to a large balcony equipped with a small table and sitting areas. You enter the house via an external staircase and enter the living-dining room.

Villa Reginella offers a large shared outdoor area with a garden with a green lawn and a 6m x 11m swimming pool with a depth of 1.70m to 2m.

This splendid holiday villa is only 4 km from the historic center of Lecce and also offers another apartment in the basement.

The weekly price includes bed linen and towels, water and gas consumption, energy up to 100 kw, Wi-FI, shared swimming pool use, final cleaning. (possible energy surplus at a cost of 0.35 kw / h.
The required security deposit of 250 euros is payable locally on arrival and is refundable at the end of the stay, unless there is any damage to the apartment.

Perfect Stay

This apartment is absolutely a traveller’s dream come true. My wife and I have stayed in accommodations around the world and this one is certainly within the top 5%. The location is very well situated in terms of visiting Lecce and the surrounding area and we were able to make a number of wonderful and enjoyable day trips. The apartment was very well appointed, extremely clean and exceptionally comfortable. The private patio with dining table and lounging area was a real bonus and we sat there long into each evening! The pool and common lounging area are, perhaps, the best we have ever encountered. They are meticulously maintained and completely inviting. There are a number of seating areas and the views are lovely. It is quite obvious that the owners take great pride in their home and are committed to welcoming and caring for their guests to the very best of their ability. Check-in was very easy; any questions we had were answered immediately and our hosts were readily available to assist us if and/or as required. All round, this is an incredible home; we were so fortunate to have spent part of our holiday there.
