Private Pool, sea view, suites

The villa develops on two floors and has a warm decor and Wonderful Sicilian villa (XVIII century), totally built in typical lava stone, surrounded by greenery, with a breathtaking views of the gulf of Taromina (and the Italian peninsula in the background). We are in one of the most beautiful areas of the island between the UNESCO site of Volcano Etna and the enchanting sea of the renowned Taormina. The villa (120 sqm) spreads on two levels. At the first one there is a fully equipped kitchen, a big living-room where you can also find a sofa bed, and one bedroom. On the second level we can find the other two bedrooms from wich you can enjoy an unforgettable panorama. All the bedrooms (25 sqm each one !) are very big, wide and panoramics and with an ensuite bathroom. In total the villa can host up to 9 people (3 per rooms) since each bedroom has a sofa bed. The villa is fully immersed in a green area of 5000 sqm with centuries-old trees, in a peaceful atmosphere. Here there is a marvellous pool (12×5 meters), maybe the landmark of this place, a heaven of wealth and tranquillity. Outside you can also find a barbecue set, close to the gazebo and the pool area so you can enjoy a typical Sicilian “arrusti e mangia” (roast and eat !). :-). We welcome you!
Please note that the owners live in another wing of the property, attached to the villa but with separate entrante and garden. The pool is for guests' exclusive use.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of 300 kWh per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.
