A gorgeous and brand new 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The apartment is nearby everything you might need: restaurants, pastry shop, bars & night life, shopping mall, historic center, seaside avenue... The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. In addition, the vacation hosts, Guest and Company can suggest activities and sightseeing opportunities available to you. Whether you wish to pass a day on a gorgeous black sand beach, swim in a volcanic hot spring, hike a trail to the top of a mountain or the bottom of a volcano, or spend the day being pampered at a world class spa, you can live a true Azorean experience.

Renovated in spring of 2017, the apartment is decorated with charm by its owners. A private parking lot is located behind the building for tenants and guests only. It is situated in a calm area of the city, but is a short 15-20 minute walk from the historic center of Ponta Delgada. Nearby, you will find everything you need to feel at home: restaurants, pastry shops, cafes, and more...We are happy to welcome you into our home and trust Guest and Company to make your vacation an authentic Azorean experience.

The Guest and Company team is available 24/7 for anything you might need during your stay. They will welcome you to the island and will provide useful tips. They will also suggest many activities so you can experience the full potential of this little paradise. Whether you wish to pass a day on a gorgeous black sand beach, swim in a volcanic hot spring, hike a trail to the top of a mountain or the bottom of a volcano, or spend the day being pampered at a world class spa, you can live a true Azorean experience.

Pretty calm and residential neighborhood, the apartment is located in a modern part of the city. The historical center and the seafront avenue are close by and are accessible by walk.

In the city, your best option is your feet! walking around the city, which is not that big, is very pleasant and surprising! To go around the island, you have public transportations to the main corners of the island, you can also rent a car or a motorcycle.

Perfect Stay! We will return again, and again!

This review is long overdue (we stayed two weeks in December 2017) , but our incredible two weeks stay in this cozy home was nothing short of magical! The beauty of the island itself is, of course, what initially brought us here, but the extreme kindness of managers Delphine and Silvano, along with the home location, attention to details, comfort and cleanliness of this gorgeous apartment will have us staying here again and again... and again! Delphine and Silvano the property managers went above and beyond, by being super responsive to all our questions and even gave us local Azorean hotspots on where to eat, and what to see and do. Silvano grew up on this island so he knows it like the back of his hand and all the plans we had before we left, we threw out in favor of their suggestions and we're SO GLAD we did! I cannot recommend this home, or Delphine and Silvano enough. We're saving up now for a return trip, and we're so happy to have discovered this gem.
