THE ROVEN FARM - Two-room apartment "Capra"
Comfortable two-room apartment, which can be accessed directly from the street level, ideal for couples with children
The apartment is perfectly furnished and equipped with all comforts. Guests can enjoy the large garden, the swimming pool and the small wellness area with outdoor sauna and whirlpool (from June to September). They can also relax in the shade of the vine-covered pergola on hot summer afternoons.
The apartment is located in a structure with 6 other apartments (one lives in the owners, while the others are rented for the holidays).
The apartment is composed as follows:
Living area with kitchenette (equipped with fridge, two hotplates, microwave oven, dishwasher), 19 "LCD TV, satellite decoder, double bed sofa (width 140 cm) easy to use
Room with 160 cm double bed, fitted wardrobe and coffee table
Bathroom with shower
Small balcony overlooking the valley
