This bright property with a warm and fully equipped design is located in Gheorghe Șincai Boulevard 9. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants and all amenities are within 2-3 minutes of walking. An excellent location, quiet, away from the traffic noise and well connected to the city centre.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a stove, a pans, cutlery, and everything you need to cook. The bedroom area has a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, HD TV with generous 140 cm diagonal, fast WiFi, iron and ironing board.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, hair dryer, 100% cotton towels and toiletries. (shampoo, shower gel, soap)
