I think Salvatore booked without reading the description of the apartment because he got very nervous even before entering the house because he hadn't read that the property is located in a limited traffic area and that parking is on the street or in a paid garage. He hadn't informed me that he would arrive by car otherwise I would have reminded him. Despite this, I immediately booked the closest garage 50 meters away. I think they didn't even read the house rules because at 11:30 pm I received a phone call to which I responded promptly to resolve the electricity overload.
