A cosy, comfortable place located a 5 minute walk away from Ladywell National Rail station in South East London with excellent transport links to Charing Cross and London Waterloo. Also well serviced by local national transport. London Bridge and Central London can be reached within less than half an hour. Located in a cul-de-sac in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood in South East London.

The property is also a 20 minute walk away from Lewisham Town Centre which has many retail stores, restaurants and cafes available and is a 30 minute walk away from Lewisham Station which has excellent links to DLR and National Rail into Central London.

You will be sharing the space with a young black African UK born woman with a 9-5 job in Central London.
