Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with panoramic ocean views
Casa Timi offers a comfortable relaxing environment for you and your guests to enjoy privacy and peace set in the heart of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic coastline , 10 minutes from the amazing surfing beaches of Arrifana and Monte Clerigo and only 8km from the Moorish town of Aljezur.
The villa has four bedrooms two are doubles with their own shower rooms and two are twin bedded rooms. There is also a large family bathroom. The master bedroom of which is located on the first floor and has its own dressing area and en-suite shower room with views of the ocean. The villa has a spacious dining area and lounge which opens up to a lovely patio, facing the coast for you to relax and enjoy the amazing sunsets. There is also an outside cooking and dining area with barbecue and pizza oven.
WiFi connectivity is provided. Netflix is also available through our Samsung smart TV which offers Portuguese and U.K. channels.
The kitchen is modern and very well equipped and includes a hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
We believe that Casa Timi has everything you need to ensure you have a very comfortable and truly enjoyable stay.

A, according to my colleagues, a bad tempered grumpy individual with some redeeming features, grey hair, slightly overweight, a total work ethic learnt from Anne who demanded total commitment, We bought Casa Timi in 2005 to have a place to relax in the sun with friends whilst enjoying the peace and quite.
Over the years, we enjoyed Casa Timi to the full, unfortunatly Anne is no longer here but the Villa radiates her personality is still a very special place, full of memories that make me smile and it is still used by myself and others to create those special memories that last a life time.
I continue to visit when not running my business, so I hope individuals that use the Villa also continue to develop the same happy of memories that I have.
Over the years, we enjoyed Casa Timi to the full, unfortunatly Anne is no longer here but the Villa radiates her personality is still a very special place, full of memories that make me smile and it is still used by myself and others to create those special memories that last a life time.
