Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash any dishes. Empty bins. Put used towels in the bath. Switch off lights. Close windows. Ensure the doors are locked. Put key back in the key box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
