I have always enjoyed freedom and the outdoors and adventure starts in this part of Utah
Why they chose this property
This property is for those who want peace, quiet and lots of freedom. The best dinosaur tracks in the world are a nice little 11 mile ride to the south. 4500 year old Indian paintings are just 3 miles north of town. A lot of wildlife passes through the little town, including herds of antelope and deer. Black bear has been spotted in town and there is a herd of buffalo in the nearby Book Cliffs. Moab is just 30 miles to the south , so if you get lonely for heavy traffic and lots of people, it's a relatively short drive.
What makes this property unique
This property is surrounded by hundreds of miles of ATV trails that can be accessed from the front door . In 2012 myself and 8 others rode our ATVs from the front door to Arizona (504 miles one way ) and never crossed private property. In 2014 we rode ATVS from the front door to Wyoming ( 384miles one way)
