The main of this apartment is its location : it is situated only a short walk to the Old town, main city beaches , bus stops, restaurants and main city attractions (cable car, old city, beach Banje and Banje).
The sea is reached in ten minutes. You will find beaches and charges , as well as cliffs with clear waters.
Within a radius of 500 m. you will find all the shops you could need, without the need of the car.
TAKE A NOTE! There are 93 steps to reach our house from the street (which is really common in Dubrovnik, as this old part of town is built much before car is invented so most part of Dubrovnik Old city can be reached only on foot and steps (our town is situated at the bottom of the mountain Srd). So I recommend my house to the persons in good or medium physical shape.
The flat, is ideal for couples with children or small group of friends, consists of balcony with sea view, living room with sofa bed , double bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with walk in shower and massage bathtub, and floor heating (in the case you are visiting us in the winter time) and 700 m2 courtyard (in my humble opinion garden is best part of the whole house and really rear in the city center). Equipped with everything point ( washing machine, iron and ironing board, refrigerator , bed linen and towels, pots and pans full, TV in every room, free speed internet access.)
