APARTMENT
In one of the most beautiful bays on the Adriatic Cost, just 10 km from the Old Town Dubrovnik is place called Zaton Mali. There is where you will find our apartment Bellevue, which is modern designed 75 m2 apartment with a gorgeous view on the Adriatic Sea. Natural light and impeccable design create relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere ideal for a perfect vacation.

INDOOR DESCRIPTION
Apartment has open large living/ dinning room with sofa bed, SAT TV-LCD , dinning table for 6. Apartment consists two bedrooms ( one with a king size bed and the other one with twin beds). One bathroom with bath and washing machine and the extra toilet as another WC. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary for cooking. ( Fridge,Freezer, Oven, Induction cook top, Dishwasher, Blender, Microwave,Kettle,Toaster)
Apartment has Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning, Heating, Towels provided, Bad linen provided, Parking in garage, Baby Crib by request in advance/ before booking is confirmed. Spacious living room with an exit to the large covered terrace where you can enjoy the sunset with a bottle of wine, as well as breath-taking view of the Adriatic sea and olive groves. Apartment accommodates 4+2 persons.

WHAT YOU CAN FIND NEAR BY
The bay itself is known for it peacefulness, lovely beaches (Štikovica,Hawai Beach Orašac, Radisson Blu Beach, Beaches in Zaton (400 m from apartment) and seafront promenade that leads all the way to Zaton Veliki. Your vacation days will be fulfilled with swimming on the nearby beaches, relaxing in the shades of magnificent trees or if you like adventures you can choose between scuba diving, cycling, sea kayaking, or going on a mountain pedestrial trail. All of this you can also do on the nearby Elaphite Islands ( Lopud and Šipan ) with the boat ride. For all nature lovers, 6 km from Zaton, there is The Trsteno Arboretum where you can see a summer villa from the 16th century where they filmed the main scenes Game of Thrones which is surrounded by decorous gardens spreading along a terrace, overlooking the sea. Dubrovnik Sun Garden - Radisson Blue resort open for all is 1 km away offering SPA,sports,tennis center,bars and restaurants. During the night you can visit one of the local restaurants with local food like fresh grilled fish,sea food, olive oil, cheese, prosciutto and meat specialty.

LOCATION
Apartment Bellevue at Zaton bay is a perfect place for those wanting a friendly atmosphere,peace and quiet vacation with a breath-taking view of the Adriatic Sea. This little peaceful oasis is located only 10 km from Dubrovnik-Old City town's centre, and is reachable from the City by a regular bus service,the ride is taking 15 minutes. Zaton means „bay“ making it a place that is protected from the open seas and winds. There are Mali Zaton and Veliki Zaton in close proximity and are connected with a walking path by the sea. Apartment Bellevue is located in Zaton Mali where you can find : grocery stores ( Market „Pemo“ is only 100m from the apartment ), post office, ATM, restaurants,caffe bars, local bus station (200m from apartment ) . What you can not find here are big hotel chain and crowded streets. So if you are looking for a place to relax after all day crowds in Dubrovnik – Old City than you will be delighted in Zaton bay. Different activities can be enjoyed in Zaton,such as walking,running,climbing,diving,wind surfing,water skiing,jet skiing, sea kayaking. From here you can also take excursion trips on Elapfite islands by boat. Dubrovnik Sun Garden - Radisson Blue resort open for all is 1 km away offering SPA,sports,tennis center,bars and restaurants.

HOW TO GET HERE
If you are coming by car Zaton is located on the main road ( M2,E65), and our apartment has a private parking in garage. If you are coming by plane, airport is 30km far and you can come with a Shutlle bus (7EUR-30min) from Airport Dubrovnik to the main Bus Station in Dubrovnik from where you can take buses No. 12,15,26 or 35 to Zaton. Ticket is (2 EUR -15 min) and you should get off on the Bus Stop in front of Restaurant Babilon in Zaton from where you need only 200m to apartment. You can take taxi from airport ( 55 EUR ), or taxi from Dubrovnik ( 20 EUR ). Or we can arrange transfer for our guests with surcharge which is perhaps the best option for you (40 EUR ), for this option inform us in mail ( about your flight details ).
Public transport to Dubrovnik and the nearby is very frequent (every 40 min at least ) and the bus stop is situated 200 m – 4 min walk from the Apartment. Till Dubrovnik you should pay 2 EUR one way ticket and you will need approximately 20min to start walking over the main street Stradun in the Old town.
