It is located on a farm of 8 hectares 7 km. from the town of Gea de Albarracín on the banks of the Guadalaviar River (accessed by unpaved forest path) TV and mobile signal. Wood and butane heating. To enjoy the silence surrounded by poplars, almond trees and pine trees.
The house has a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms. The heating is with pellet stove.
There is a double bed in one room, the other two have two single beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people.

Magnifique endroit

La maison est atypique car non reliée au réseau d'électricité ni d'eau. Mais elle possède tout le confort possible grâce à des panneaux solaires, un groupe électrogène et une pompe reliée à une source d'eau. En plein cœur de la campagne avec des bois et des collines autour. La maison était préparée à notre arrivée : les lits étaient faits, la maison chauffée, de l'eau en bouteille en grande quantité, le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Top!

Het huis ligt vrij afgelegen maar dat was precies wat we wilden. Schitterende locatie in de natuur. Rust en ruimte. Het huis is verder niet bijzonder maar al het noodzakelijke is aanwezig en je leeft toch vooral buiten

Casa muy agradable

En general la casa está bien, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Los dueños fueron flexibles y muy atentos en todo momento. El camino de acceso tiene un par de tramos no aptos para turismos, pero pasando con cuidado no hay problema. Hay utensilios y todo lo necesario. Las camas no son muy cómodas. Lo peor ha sido la limpieza, que en general deja bastante que desear.

Para perderte

Si lo que buscas es una casa en medio de la naturaleza y olvidarte del resto del mundo es tu sitio. Es una casita bien preparada, a la que se accede por un camino sin asfaltar por el que transcurre a unos 15 minutos y está situada junto a un río. Lugar ideal para desconectar. Lo peor el camino de acceso, el resto muy bien.

Casa muy tranquila

La atención fue perfecta por parte de los propietarios. El acceso a la casa no es cómodo, no aconsejable para turismos. A cambio te encuentras en un paraje envidiable, tranquilo, frondoso y con unas noches de mil estrellas para no olvidar. El confort y los servicios de la casa perfectos, debería mejorar la limpieza. Para recomendar.

Perfecta ubicación si buscas tranquilidad y naturaleza

La casa está en un entorno privilegiado. Al lado de un río y de la sierra. No hay nadie alrededor, por lo que la tranquilidad esta asegurada. El acceso se realiza por una vía forestal, así que hay que ir despacio con el coche pero es sencilla. La casa está bien equipada con toallas, aceite, agua mineral, papel higiénico, champú. ..cosas que no siempre están disponibles. La calefacción funciona perfectamente y mantiene la casa caliente en todo momento, lo cual es de agradecer en las fechas en las que fuimos y era uno de nuestros miedos. El trato con el anfitrión es muy cordial y siempre atento.Mi única pega para no dar las 5 estrellas es que la casa no estaba todo lo limpia que nos hubiese gustado. Habría que mejorar principalmente los edredones y mantas porque tenian pelos de perro, pero en ningún momento estuvimos incómodos por eso. Es una recomendación sin más. En resumen, totalmente recomendable para ir con la familia o amigos y disfrutar de una zona marqvillosa de España.
