Perfect house with a beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, very clean. The beds are perfect and de bathroom is very luxury. The kitchen is big and complete, everything is there. The garden and terras patio is very nice. A supermarket is only 5 minutes walk. The beaches are 10 minutes drive. Beautiful beaches. For us it was a perfect stay and the owner is so friendly and helpful. Hope next year to go again. It was a 10 stars accommodation!

The perfect house...

Ideally located to explore the beautiful North of Portugal lies this fully equipped house. And the term fully equipped really means fully: It provides everything you could wish for including kitchen utensils, spices, lots of other things incl. kicker, barbecue,... The house is excellently furnished, perfectly clean and most important: The owner, Fatima, is extremely nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to anyone. Gorgeous Home...perfect in every way!

We had a fabulous experience here. Fatima was amazing with her communication throughout the whole process and sooo friendly. She was flexible with the check in/out procedure and extremely accomodating when we had to change dates last minute due to cancelled flights. The house itself is picture perfect. The gardens are immaculate with a huge paved area for all day sunbathing. The house was beautifully decorated with modern kitchen and huge showers with great water pressure. Comfy beds and beautiful decor. The place was spotless with absolutely everything you need. It is in a peaceful rural setting but only a few minutes from supermarkets/beaches and the main motorway linking Porto to Valenca. Most big cities and attractions were within a 30 min drive and some a lot less. Viana do Castelo is only 10 mins away! Plenty of restaurants in the local area too. Cant recommend this property highly enough. Thank you Fatima for making this a wonderful holiday.x

Special Stay in Northern Portugal

It was a very special time for us to be in Fatima’s “A Casita” for our winter rental of nearly 3 months. The house is one of the most attractive we’ve rented during almost 50 years of travel. It has everything in the ways of convenience and need--- light, roominess, comfortable furnishings, exceedingly well-stocked kitchen, large bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, reliable high-speed internet, private parking. Too, there are delightful hangings and a wonderful variety of objects all around the house. And to start every day, while making coffee in the morning you’re treated to watching the sun rise over the forever green field below. The area is a hiker’s delight with many, many trails along the ocean coast and rivers and in the nearby hills and mountains. The entire region, in fact, is richly filled with varied villages, towns, and landscapes. Viana do Castello is the close go-to city, and other cities of historical significance, attractiveness, markets, and shops are not very far away: Ponte de Lima, Caminha, Valenca, Esposende, Barcelos, Braga, Guimaraes. Added to all of this is Fatima’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and helpfulness. Simply put: our entire stay, day after day, was pure pleasure.

A very beautifull house on a splendid location

The house looks amazingly beautiful, both from the outside and from the inside. It is fully equipped and nothing is missing. The decoration of everything can also be called beautiful. The view from the very large terrace is enchanting. The car can easily be placed on the large terrace without being a nuisance. It is wonderful to be there and in a very relaxing way. You can enjoy breakfast, dinner or other things on the terrace directly from the living room. There is a great table and chairs there. The kitchen is modernly equipped and nothing is missing. I am actually short of words to describe it. You can only do one thing: rent and experience it. Geographically it is a good place to cycle from there, walk or explore the beautiful surroundings by car. We had a fantastic week there and we will definitely be back, but then for a longer period. The hostesses Fatima and Paula are very friendly and aimable and they respond quickly to questions that you may have. The house, the environment and the hostesses receive a big 10 from us.

What a great pleasure to receive this couple!!! Friendly, fun, careful, and very clean and so easy to communicate. They took care of the house as if it was their home and it's so much fun! They respected the place and the rules. Willem took care of watering the orchard and a pretty plant in the garden! Janny also took care to wonder inside. Nous avons séjourné 12 nuits dans la maison de Fatima. Tout y est absolument parfait. Tout d'abord Fatima nous a contacté avant notre arrivée pour nous expliquer la procédure et nous a même envoyé une vidéo expliquant comment venir.C'est Fabiana qui nous a accueillie et montré comment la maison fonctionnait.La maison est magnifique, exactement comme sur la description. Tout est extrêmement propre.La maison est très bien équipée. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Un barbecue est à disposition. Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et au salon.Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien.La maison est très bien située, à moins de 10 minutes en voiture d'une jolie plage et à proximité des sites touristiques de la région. Ainsi nous avons pu découvrir Viana Do Castelo, Barcelos, Braga, Guimaraes, Ponte de Lima et Sistelo.Nous avons même pu faire une journée à Saint Jacques de Compostelle en Espagne.Fatima est rapidement joignable au moindre problème et très réactive. Ses conseils nous ont été très précieux. En somme tout était parfait

Entspannter Urlaub mit viel Natur und Kultur

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick in die Natur sowie einen schönen Garten. Die Schlafzimmer haben große Betten und genügend Stauraum. Das Haus verfügt über 2 große Bäder mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Duschgel, Shampoo, Toilettenpapier, etc.sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Fatima und Fabiana, die Betreuerin vor Ort, waren sehr sympatisch und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Städte Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima, Braga, Porto...sind sehenswert und schnell zu erreichen. 2 große Bäder

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus 2 Wochen lang genossen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und hochwertig. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sehr angenehm und insbesondere für Urlauber geeignet, die Ruhe suchen. Die Vermieterin Fatima war sehr um uns bemüht, suchte regelmäßig Kontakt und kümmerte sich sofort, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Wir bewerten das Ferienhaus und die Vermieterin zu 100% positiv!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Geräumiges, hochwertig ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung. Mit einem Mietwagen sind zahlreiche schöne Strände in der Umgebung zügig zu erreichen. Auch Porto ist in ca. 1h mit park and ride gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Fatima war immer sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. Sehr gute Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können diese uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!

Traumhafte Immobilie nah an Viana do Castelo

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man benötigt war aufzufinden. Für unsere Kinder (3+5 Jahre) war das Kinderzimmer ein absolutes Highlight aufgrund der dort befundenen Spielsachen. Wer selbst kochen möchte findet alles und noch mehr in der Küche. Und wer lieber essen gehen will, folgt den reichlichen Tipps der Vermieterinnen und wird gewiss fündig. Fatima und Paula waren beide äußerst darauf bedacht uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Nochmal ganz lieben Dank dafür!!! Selbst das Regenwetter hat uns nicht so gestört, da wir genug andere Möglichkeiten hatten uns auch drinnen zu vergnügen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Viana do Castelo ganz fix.

Wunderschönes Haus

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Zwei schöne Schlafzimmer und zwei absolut tolle Badezimmer. Eine geräumige sehr gut eingerichtete Küche und ein großes Wohn-, Esszimmer. Einzig die Stühle in der Küche wie im Essbereich waren wirklich nicht sehr bequem. Für junge Leute mag das okay sein, aber für uns "ältere" war das nicht sehr bequem. Die tolle Terrasse mit einem super Ausblick hat allerdings alles wieder wett gemacht. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas außerhalb im Dorf Chafe, aber von hier ist man sehr schnell überall, als Standort für uns war es perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für drei Personen war es massig Platz und Komfort. Bei Problemen war die Vermieterin schnell erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert. Vielen lieben Dank.

Un havre de paix à la campagne et à proximité la mer

Maison neuve, fonctionnelle de type contemporaine, étudiée pour profiter au mieux des attraits du soleil et des beaux jours dans quartier calme idéalement située à 5/10 minutes des plages. Une très belle vue sur les champs et collines. Villa très lumineuse et chaleureuse dans un jardin privé et clôturé. Pour conclure, une propriétaire charmante, adorable et disponible. Un pequeño paraíso

Nuestra estancia en esta casa ha sido maravillosa. La recepción con Paula , encantadora . Todo en la casa exactamente como se detallaba y según las fotos. Todas las comodidades disponibles en cada rincón. El contacto con Fátima excepcional. Lo cierto es que nos encantaría repetir si volvemos a Viana porque hemos disfrutado intensamente de la casa y de los alrededores con las recomendaciones de las anfitrionas. Muchas gracias a la familia por acogernos en su hogar. Un abrazo muy fuerte

Ein Traum

Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Das Haus ein Traum. Wir hatten schon viele Unterkünfte, in vielen Ländern aber diese war die BESTE. Perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Ein Traum !!!

TRAUMHAFT

Wir wissen nicht genau, was wir zuerst loben sollen. Frau Dos Santos hat vom ersten Kontakt an einen super Service geboten. Sie hat vor und auch während des Aufenthaltes mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir Hilfe benötigen und stand uns immer zur Verfügung. So stellt man sich Dienstleistung und Kundenfreundlichkeit vor. Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum. Absoluter Luxus und es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick von der Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen an und wird haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Selten war wir nach dem Urlaub so entspannt. Die Strände sind beeindruckend und auch das Landesinnere lohnt einen Besuch (Braga, Ponte de Lima). Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der die täglichen Bedürfnisse abdeckt. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in Viana do Casteleo. Sie brauchen jedoch ein Auto. An dieser Stelle noch einen kleinen Restaurant-Tipp. Wir waren viermal in der Casa da Joana in Castelo do Neiva (200 Meter bis zum Strand). Die Inhaberin kocht selber und betreibt das Restaurant mit ihrem Gatten. Sehr gastfreundschaftlich und super lecker. Viel Spaß in Portugal.

Meike & Jurgen are a very friendly couple, easy to access, independent, careful and clean! For two weeks they took good care of the house and everything was in order. Séjour à vianna do castello.
