Beautiful apartment in the best location in Dubrovnik!! The apartment is situated 150m from the beach, 50m from the bus stop and the grocery shop, and 100m from the Old city gates! Can you ask for more?

Apartment is air conditioned with inverted air condition that assures perfect temperature during the summer or winter time.
Living room has a sofa bed.
Nicely furnished terrace which is suitable for open air lovers and shade seekers.
There is also a BBQ on the terrace and it can be used.
Amenities include air conditioning, TV, fast cable internet, kettle, dishwasher and a washing machine.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed in the outside sitting area.
The Old Town can be reached in 2 minutes by foot, best of all is that you don't have to do a milion of stairs to reach the apartment which is really an advantage and rear in Dubrovnik. The apartment is in a great location! Everything you need is very close. Nice patio area that we used daily. A great coffee shop steps away. Location at the old city gate and close to the beach was great. Kristina was very responsive when needed. Highly recommend this rental.

Old City Dubrovnik
We stayed at this property twice and both times it was pleasant. The location was great, near the Ploce gate and the old city. The host Sini was friendly and accommodating and he gifted us a nice bottle of Croatian wine 🍷.

Superb location- next to old town, shops close, the airport bus dropped us of just outside the property, bottle of wine on arrival and large bottle of water, washing machine, courtyard, dishwasher, we arrived very late- the owner helped us with our luggage, lovely cat outside.

Hidden gem
It was an incredibly nice location and the owners were quick to respond to questions. They also gave us a thorough explanation of where things were and what we could use. Great location -within 5 minute walk to banje beach and old town which we explored fully, also a close walk to cable car.

The property was in a fantastic location. It’s a short walk to both Old Town and the beach, and is right next to one of the shuttle stops from the airport. Has everything you could need, including AC. We arrived late, but the owner still helped us bring our luggage in and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. There was a cute cat that liked to hang out on the terrace during the day and say hi when coming/leaving the property.

Location, location, location
I was lucky to book this property. One of the stops for the airport shuttle to the old town is just a short walk to the property. The property is in a safe location and in a very convenient place. It's like a minute walk to the entry gate to the old town. Near a grocery store, currency exchange, beach, sandwich/coffee shop. The owners were nice and was a comfortable stay. A/c, wifi, kitchen,and a washer was nice to have. I would definitely book here again if I was in Dubrovnik. Also much cheaper than the hotels

Sinisa was an excellent host!
He was accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
He offered us the ability to store our bags safely with him at the beginning and the end of our stay. This was very helpful due to our early arrival in Dubrovnik and our later departure.
The place was comfortable and spacious.

Would Stay Again
The owner was easy to communicate with and promptly answered all communications. The site manager was wonderf, easily adjusting to our flight delays. Even though that meant arriving at midnight. The apartment was clean and ready to be used. The bed was super comfortable. And the location was just across the street from Ploce Gate, only climbing about 35 steps. There is a supermarket across the street, and a delicious restaurant only 20 steps away. Highly recommend!

Best location
We had a lovely time in Dubrovnik. The apartment is in the best location possible, 4 minutes walk to Ploce Gate - one of the main gates into the Old Town. One of the best aspects to our stay was being able to stroll into the Old Town at night time when there are fewer tourists (as mostly during the daytime there can be many 1000s from the cruise ships) and the atmosphere is magical.
Our host Sinisa was very kind and went out of his way to help us with taxis and made us very welcome.
The apartment itself is nothing fancy but it has a great courtyard we could have breakfast in and a great shower. The bedroom, kitchen and living area cover all the bases for a comfortable holiday.

GREAT SPOT! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
Initially, we had difficulty connecting with the owner, but upon arriving at the site (which we'd asked if we could leave luggage) we found an open door, so we compared the photos, decided it was the place and left our bags telling the owner that we had done that. When we returned everything was clean and ready for us to occupy. Had some difficulty with WIFI connectivity, then the caretaker (Who lives upstairs) stopped by, helped us and from then on things were smooth sailing. GREAT SPOT! Outside the wall with easy connections into it. Grocery stores steps away, beach nearby. Quiet inside. Outdoor area a bit shabby, but greatly appreciated. WASHING MACHINE! We really enjoyed our stay!

Lacking details
Here are the positives: great location, good air conditioning, and a comfortable bed.
Here’s what’s was missing or bad:
- our taxi driver had no idea how to find the place. Why not provide details in advance for arriving by taxi?
- we never received a phone number for contacting the owner.
- there were no instructions for how to connect to the internet.
- no instructions for how to get hot water.
- the bathroom was super uncomfortable (you could literally sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time, and if you are taller than 6’2” you will not fit in the tiny plastic shower stall).
- the pillows were so bad that we both had stiff and sore necks after the first night.
- not enough towels for showering.
- why not leave some coffee, milk and sugar and water in the apartment for guests?
With a little extra effort and attention to details this place could be much nicer. It didn’t live up to the previous reviews and was a bit of a disappointment.

Hi!
We never had problems locatiing apartment by anyone as apartment is really easy to find. It is in city center and every navigation will take you easily to us. Bathroom is 9 m2 so it is not a small bathroom at all and we dont understaind how anyone cant fit in it but we accept it is possible if you are really really hughe person who can not fit in standard rooms and shower glass cabins.
We offer 2 big towels per person and 3 extra in the bathroom so it is hotel standard.
Wifi is password free so no need for instruction.

I am professor of violin and I live in Dubai...In the summer time I enjoy hosting family apartments in Dubrovnik. My sister Kristina and her husband Sinisa are helping me when I am out of town. We are really connected family with the same interest and all of us are enjoying meeting new people, hearing different life stories and creating new experiences. We are all born in Dubrovnik so we know the town and local traditions really well and we will be happy to share that with our guests.
