My house on the sea is located 100 meters from the town center and the central beach of Santa Maria, about 80 meters from the marina. The apartment available to guests is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed overlooking a large terrace overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with a sea view, a twin bedroom overlooking the garden and the bathroom with shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning heat pump with inverter technology.

Wonderful relaxing holiday

Lovely villa with sea view, huge terrace, garden and everything you need. It has its own access to the beach, next to a small harbour with excursions along the coast and diving. You can hire a yacht. There are lots of cafes and restaurants, grocery shops. The beach is great, the bay without volleys, because the islands dampen all the waves. You can walk to the mountains along the coast. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Traumurlaub

Die Kommunikation mit Tito, dem Besitzer/Vermieter war perfekt und absolut unkompliziert. Er hat sehr zeitnah und ausführlich mit uns geschrieben und war sehr bemüht und interessiert daran, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und wir unseren Urlaub in seiner Wohnung genießen können.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell. Zentral zwischen Hafen und dem Zentrum des charakteristischen Ortskernes von Santa Maria Navarrese. In nächster Umgebung gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Restaurants, Bars. Eisdielen, Strandbars, Boutiquen und einen großen Spielplatz. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer, den Hafen und Richtung Arbatax ist unbeschreiblich schön.Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet jeglichen Komfort, genauso wie in der Beschreibung notiert. Man fühlt sich direkt heimisch.Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus - im abgesperrten Innenhof - sind großzügig und mehr als ausreichend (wir waren mit einem Ford Transit sowie 2 Motorrädern angereist, die alle bequem Platz im Innenhof hatten).Direkt von der Terrasse führen einige Stufen hinunter direkt zu einer kleinen Strandbucht die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes fast immer für uns alleine hatten. Der Strand besteht aus einer Mischung aus Kiesel und Sand und bietet hervorragende Bademöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns bei Tito sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall baldmöglichst wieder in diese tolle Wohnung und die wunderschöne Region Sardiniens.

Schönes Ferienhaus an der Ostküste mit Terasse direkt am Strand

Es ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Terasse ist toll, man hat einen direkten Zugang zum Strand.Interessant auch als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen an der Steilküste.Gerne wieder!

Traumhaft

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Alles ist sehr solide und für die Ferien ausgezeichnet geeignet. Sind schon zum zweiten Mal hier und werden wiederkommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Wunderschönes Haus

Es war einfach nur schön! Ich habe mich direkt in dieses Haus verliebt. Für mich war es eine Villa im robusten Stil. Alles mit Liebe ausgesucht. Jedes Detail war so bedacht. Alles war vorhanden von Seife bis Spülmittel, Gewürze usw. Vielen Dank Tito, du hast ein wunderschönes Haus!

Außergewöhnliche schöne Location

Wunderbare Unterkunft für einen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Tolle Lage. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Tito war prompt, angenehm und herrlich unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Lage

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit genügend Platz. Ebenso war in der Ferienwohnung alles vorhanden was man braucht (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Sonnenschirm, Grill,.....). Die Lage ist unschlagbar da man fußläufig zum Hafen, zu Restaurants und zu Supermärkten sowie nach ca. 10 min zu einem Strand gelangt. Auch sehr schön war die große Terrasse mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer, man konnte jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Der eigene Strandzugang ist auch sehr geschickt, wenn man nicht zu einem anderen Strand laufen will. Wir haben es sehr dort genossen.

Terrasse über dem Meer

Die Terrasse ist einfach unschlagbar. Sie befindet sich überhalb des Meeres mit direktem Strandzugang und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Meer und Hafen. Die Wohnung selber ist im Innenbereich sehr gepflegt und bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen und können das Objekt sehr empfehlen.

Magnifique villa avec terrasse panoramique sur la mer

Superbe maison spacieuse vue directe sur la mer. Grande terrasse ombragée. Maison toute équipée avec chambres climatisées située en Plein cœur de la charmante station balnéaire de Santa Maria Navarrese à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants. L’accueil et les explications/ conseils de Tito et sa fille ont été excellents aussi bien avant notre arrivée que sur place. Nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir. Encore merci

Ein Traum

Urlaub war super. Wir waren zu vier. Männer Urlaub. Die Unterkunft bittet alles was man braucht. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Ein direkter Strandzugang wäre noch toll gewesen. Tito hat sich um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Terrasse mit Meeresrauschen

Gerne schließe ich mich den guten Bewertungen an. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit unseren 3 jugendlichen Kids in dem Haus verbracht. Der Empfang durch die Tochter und Schwester des Vermieters war sehr angenehm. Das Haus bot genügend Platz und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles da was man braucht und wir bekamen auch genügend Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Terrasse ist toll, mit Blick auf den Jachthafen und das offene Meer. Grazie mille a Tito e la sua famiglia. La vostra casa ci é piacuto molto. Cari saluti Sonja

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage!

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Die Lage mit Meerblick ist super und trotzdem sehr zentral im Ort. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit viel Platz in perfekter Lage. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Vor allem die Terasse ist wunderschön. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung, kühles Wetter

Leider konnten wir die wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick nur ganz selten nutzen, da während unseres Aufenthalts fast immer ein kräftiger, kühler Wind blies. Ansonsten haben wir uns trotz eingeschalteter Heizung wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. In Santa Maria Navarrese gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, und alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Grosse Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Terrasse

Grosszügige Wohnung und grosse Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer und Yachthafen. Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Sauber, mit grosser, vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Die Schwester des Vermieters und ihr Mann kümmern sich vor Ort um die Gäste und die Wohnung. Sie sind liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Einziger Minuspunkt bei der Wohnung: Die elektrischen Installationen sind zu schwach ausgelegt: Ja nicht Wasserkocher, Backofen und Mikrowelle gleichzeitig laufen lassen, sonst fliegen die Sicherungen raus und man sitzt im Dunkeln. Wenn man die elektrischen Geräte mit Bedacht verwendet, geht's aber ganz gut. Alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus am Meer mit großer Terrasse

Die Wohnung in dem großzügigen Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, alles ist durchdacht. Die Fenster sind sämtlich mit Rolläden und Fliegenschutz versehen. Das Mobiliar ist geschmackvoll und mehr als ausreichend, auch auf der fantastischen Terrasse. Stauräume sind reichlich vorhanden, eine Waschmaschine ebenfalls. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit 4flammigem Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Wohnung ist gut zu beheizen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die sehr große Terrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Hafen und Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse und wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen

Alles war perfekt, das Haus ist groß, sauber und in gutem Zustand, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse, von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Meer und Hafen hat. Das Örtchen Santa Maria Navarrese ist sehr hübsch mit einem schönen Strand, der in der Nachsaison nicht so überlaufen war. Zum Supermarkt läuft man 5 Minuten, Restaurants, Eisdielen und Bars sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Uns hat es alles in allem sehr gut gefallen.
