About this property

My house on the sea is located 100 meters from the town center and the central beach of Santa Maria, about 80 meters from the marina. The apartment available to guests is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed overlooking a large terrace overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with a sea view, a twin bedroom overlooking the garden and the bathroom with shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning heat pump with inverter technology.

Außergewöhnliche schöne Location

Wunderbare Unterkunft für einen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Tolle Lage. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Tito war prompt, angenehm und herrlich unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful relaxing holiday

Lovely villa with sea view, huge terrace, garden and everything you need. It has its own access to the beach, next to a small harbour with excursions along the coast and diving. You can hire a yacht. There are lots of cafes and restaurants, grocery shops. The beach is great, the bay without volleys, because the islands dampen all the waves. You can walk to the mountains along the coast. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Wunderschönes Haus

Es war einfach nur schön! Ich habe mich direkt in dieses Haus verliebt. Für mich war es eine Villa im robusten Stil. Alles mit Liebe ausgesucht. Jedes Detail war so bedacht. Alles war vorhanden von Seife bis Spülmittel, Gewürze usw. Vielen Dank Tito, du hast ein wunderschönes Haus!
