Apt. 3 is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment taking up the entire top floor of this newly renovated detached chalet in the heart of Les Carroz. It's conveniently located just 200m from the centre of the village, a 10 min walk to the main Ski lift station, or a 1 minute walk to the Free Ski bus. Renovated to a high standard, with fast WiFi, a large private south facing balcony, off street designated parking space, secure covered garage,bike storage, use of communal Sauna/shower room and communal ski/boot room with boot dryers.
Space
The chalet is set within it's own grounds with private, communal garden and large driveway for several cars. The apartment has patio doors from the living room onto a southwest facing balcony with stunning views of the Aravis mountain range and views of the bottom of the Timalets red run down to Les Savages. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 has a double and single bed and has a separate bathroom.
All beds have luxury mattresses ensuring a restful night after a busy day on the mountain.
Guest access
Guests have use of a communal sauna/shower room and the communal ski/boot room to store equipment and dry boots. There is a large private driveway for several cars. The chalet has fast 1Gb WiFi internet, 4K smart HDTV, UK satellite TV, a Samsung R5 Bluetooth speaker, underfloor heating with individual room thermostats and a modern fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge freezer, dishwaher washing machine/dryer, induction hob and fan oven, microwave, Krups mini me coffee capsule machine, filter coffee maker, hob espresso and several cafetiers, 4 slice toaster, electric hand held food processor, electric raclette and electric fondue.
Some rooms have USB charging sockets.
All linen and towels are included.

Les Carroz is a gateway to the Grand Massif ski area offering 265 km of well maintained and varied pistes, connecting the resorts of Flaine, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt that all face the Mont Blanc mountain range. 200m from the centre of the village with many restaurants, shops , pharmacy, ski rentals, banks, cash machines, 2 supermarkets, open market, and busy town square with Aprés Ski live music and animations during the holiday season. The chalet is also conveniently located next door to a nursery/crêche, Le Sourie Vert and is 5 min walk to the Aquacîme Leisure centre and Wellness Spa. There is an outdoor Ice Skating rink a short walk from the chalet. The Chalet has access to many beautiful woodland trails on its doorstep.
Getting around
Just 55 mins by car from Geneva, Les Carroz and the surrounding area is served by a Free Ski bus, 100m from the chalet.
Other things to note
The chalet is a 5 min walk to the Aquicîme Leisure centre and Wellness Spa, with it's indoor and heated outdoor swimming pools.
