Charaktervilla mit großartigem Ausblick

Die Anfahrt gestaltet sich ziemlich abenteuerlich, dafür belohnt der herrliche Ausblick über den See. Die schöne Außenanlage bietet viel Platz um sich zu sonnen, zum Grillen und geselligem Beisammensein. Der Pool hat eine tolle Länge zum Schwimmen. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, denn die drei Hauskomplexe fordern mit vielen Treppen heraus. Die Innenausstattung ist zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir fanden es sehr gemütlich.

Urlaub mit Familien und Freunden

Das Objekt hat eine gigantische und atemberaubende Lage mit Blick über den See und das Städtchen Gargnano. Die Auffahrt ist wirklich sehr steil und nicht mit jedem Fahrzeug zu schaffen. Die 3 Häuser sind sehr gut bewohnbar und inkl der Küchen gut nutzbar. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen ebenso das Inventar. Es findet sich aber fast alles was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr klein, sodass es mit Beistellbetten (Babybetten) eng wird. Die Sanitären Anlagen sind in Ordnung, jedoch ebenso etwas altmodisch. Die Außenanlage ist das was den Aufenthalt in diesem Anwesen ausmacht, daher ist gutes Wetter während des Aufenthalts erforderlich. Es gibt jede Menge freier Fläche auf verschiedenen Etagen mit Sonne und Schatten, sodass es sich sauch mit vielen Personen gut verteilt. Der Pool ist klasse und sauber. Bemerkenswert ist auch der Pizzaofen, welcher für unvergessliche gesellschaftliche Pizzasessions sorgt. Für den doch sehr hohen Preis, hätten wir eine etwas hochwertigere und neuere Inneneinrichtung erwartet, ebenso sollte für eine Reinigungsgebühr von 600 € auch alles wirklich sauber sein. Daher gibt es einen Punkt Abzug, ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!

Amazing holiday home to host a wedding!

Limonaia Le Ravere is a beautiful place and the perfect spot for a small wedding party (20 people). We arrived on Monday, got married in the villa Thursday and stayed until Saturday. The villa is located pretty high in the mountains of Gargnano, which provides a spectacular view and lots of privacy. The drive up was challenging, but practice makes perfect. Definitely coming back to celebrate our anniversary! I had lots of help planning our wedding from Samanta, the property manager. She knows her way around Lake Garda. She was our intermediary for all the arrangements that were necessary to make it a great wedding week. She arranged a catered cocktail hour, dinner and a wedding cake (Collini Catering) and a wine tasting (vini due Pini) in the villa, which were all amazing! She can also arrange a live band, photographer, a pizza workshop, you name it. On arrival Samanta and her husband welcomed us and showed us around the property. It is HUGE an so pretty! It has 3 houses, a garden of 5 layers and a big pool. Even though we were with 20 people, everybody had enough space to relax together or to have some quiet time. Everything was clean, and on arrival there were cold drinks and lots of fruit. That was a pleasant surprise after the long drive. Samanta told us to call if there were any problems. On Friday the dishwasher disfunctioned, so I called. They came as soon as possible and repaired it right away. So that was great! Overall I would say it was a great villa with a lot of service. And I would definitely recommend you to come here for a nice holiday or a beautiful Italian wedding with a great view!
