The client didn't notify us that the bathroom lost water, if we had been aware of it, we would have fixed it as we always do when something happens.
We cann't do anything if nobody tells us that the locals annoy.
Our English is not the best but we try to do our best to improve everything.
It is the first bad criticism we have
The client took the command of the parking lot and didn't respond to the electronic mail.
