Equipped with a large and beautiful garden for exclusive use, with private parking for 2 cars, surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest.
Villa Elisabetta is very well furnished and has been recently renewed in the internal bathrooms in 2015 and in the kitchen in 2017 and is composed as follows:
5 bedrooms including 4 doubles, 1 twin, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room.
In addition to having air conditioners, the house can be heated with a beautiful pellet stove supported by small electric heaters in every room.
In the outdoor area there are: a laundry corner, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower with hot water, a small toilet and two separate relaxation areas equipped with deckchairs, wicker lounges and a rocking chair. The large garden is for the exclusive use of guests.
Ideal for one or more families who want to enjoy the beauty of miles of golden sandy beaches, a clean sea awarded with the BLUE FLAG 2015 -16 and 2017 and relaxing walks in a fragrant pine forest.
The geographical position, facilitated by sliding freeways, makes it possible to reach the most beautiful places in Puglia such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Ostuni, the Itria Valley, Alberobello and Matera, designated European Capital of Culture 2019.
Furthermore, the beautiful golf course of Riva dei Tessali is only 6/7 km away.
Bari airport is about 80 km away, while Brindisi airport is 70 km away with an entirely expressway route.
The villa is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning in every room. Unlimited ADSL wi-fi and 6 bicycles are available for guests to move around freely and explore the beauty of the place.
Upon request, a cot for children up to three years and a high chair are provided free of charge.
All linen such as sheets, quilts, towels, shower towels, tablecloths, is provided free of charge, as well as all kitchen equipment.
Management fees are included in the price.
Electricity consumption is free of charge up to 100 kWh per week; the excess beyond this threshold is charged to guests at a cost of € 0.50 per kWh.
Next to Villa Elisabetta there is also Villa Mediterranea, its twin, which has similar characteristics both in terms of number of beds and of various services and comforts.
Villa Elisabetta (ad 8424225) and villa Mediterranea (ad 8424233) put together have a capacity of 20 beds and 6 bathrooms and allow groups or even very large families to spend their holidays together in complete freedom with great availability of space and services.

Nice and pleasant villa in green environment. Walking distance from beach and multiple beach bars/restaurants allthough most of them were not yet open in 2d half of May.

Lovely home near the coast

We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas so everyone is comfortable. It is just a couple of minutes from the shore. It was about an hour drive to many of the places we wanted to go to, such as Matera, Bari, Alberobello and other small villages. We highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the Puglia/Basilicata area.

Excellent villa!

We enjoyed our stay in Castellaneta Marina. The house is well-equipped, there is everything we need and even more. In each room there is a ceiling fan and air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows. Outside there is a large table for 10 people, which is all day in the shadow. Also a lot of wicker furniture and two 3-person swings. Among the shortcomings, I can note a room with two large windows on the second floor, which was heated a lot during the day. Also there is only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms on the second floor, but there is second bathroom on the first floor, close to fifth bedroom. Third bathroom is located in the room with a separate entrance from the terrace. So we did not have big problems with bathrooms. The way to the sea is rather pleasant, 15 minutes walking in trees shadow. Nearby there are supermarkets, bakeries, ice cream shops, pizzerias and restaurants. Not far from the Castellaneta Marina there is a very interesting old town Matera and beautiful canyon in Laterza with a tourist trail (Gravina di Laterza). I highly recommend to visit these places.

Es ist eine sehr schöne geräumige Villa mit guter Zimmeraufteilung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt Insektengitter vor den Fenstern (was wegen der zahlreichen Mücken auch wichtig ist) - und jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Wenn man an den Zimmern überhaupt etwas bemängeln kann, dann den sehr muffigen Geruch in einigen Schränken. Ausschließlich wunderbar ist der Garten mit den großen Pinien und Palmen. Wir haben auf der gemütlich möblierten Terrasse viele lauschige Abende mit Blick auf diesen Garten verbracht (wobei Mückenspray den Genuss steigert!)Besonders hervorgehoben werden muss auf jeden Fall noch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unseres Gastgebers Carmine, der uns in vielen Situationen (einschließlich Notlagen) tatkräftig und schnell unterstützt hat, egal, ob es um einen Mietwagen, ein Taxi, den Transport unseres kranken Hundes oder Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen ging. Er, wie auch seine Eltern, die wir kurz kennenlernten, sind wunderbare, warmherzige Menschen!

Wir haben als ganze Familie Urlaub gemacht – 8 Erwachsene, ein Kind (5 Jahre) und ein großer Hund. Das Haus war einfach großartig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts: Vom Geschirr und den Töpfen über den Fön bis hin zur Waschmaschine und dem Bügeleisen war alles vorhanden. In allen Räumen gab es Klimaanlage. Besonders schön war die Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Meer. Wichtig zu wissen: In Italien wird der Müll sehr strikt getrennt, und es gibt für jede Müllart feste Abholtermine. Der Müll muss daher an den jeweiligen Abenden zur Abholung bereitgestellt werden.

Bellissima casa

We were a group of seven friends and spend wonderful 9 days at the Villa. The house was very clean and organized and we had a good connection with Carmine and his family during all our stay. Castellaneta Marina is a nice town with a lot of restaurants. The beach is just 10 minutes away (with bikes only 5). Unfortunately the weather during our stay was not that good, but nevertheless we enjoyed our time in the lovely south of Italy a lot! Thank you!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa casa che è veramente perfetta per le vacanze in gruppo. Ampia, spaziosa, con ampi spazi esterni godibili, dotata di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata e pale a soffitto praticamente ovunque) e di tanti accessori. Gli spazi esterni sono ottimi per le serate casalinghe, ma anche per praticare un po' di attività e/o yoga all'aperto. La lavanderia e il bagno esterno sono molto comodi. Il barbecue comodo e ideale per le cene. Unica segnalazione è la pressione dell'acqua delle docce al piano superiore se viene usata l'acqua al piano inferiore, ma è bastato alternarsi per risolvere il problema. I padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili, disponibili fin dalla prenotazione fino al check out e ci hanno consigliato anche un ottimo ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene. Da consigliare sicuramente!!!

Puglia centrale, una bellissima sorpresa

Io e i miei amici abbiamo preso questa comodissima casa per visitare quella che forse è la parte più bella e significativa della Puglia centrale oltre che Matera. Nonostante la bassa stagione siamo stati coccolati dalle comodità presenti nell’abitazione che comunque è in grado di soddisfare anche le famiglie più esigenti. Un ringraziamento particolare a Franco ed Elisabetta che ci hanno fatto trovare la stufa a pellet già accesa, la casa ben riscaldata, suggerito i migliori posti da visitare e dove andare a mangiare e fare la spesa. Una menzione particolare al suggerimento di andare a cena a Laterza in un posto bellissimo dove si spendono 10 euro a testa e si mangiano prodotti tipici e carne al fornello come da tradizione locale. Grazie Carmine, Franco ed Elisabetta per la vostra ospitalità!

Ci siamo ritornati dopo 3 anni, apportate diverse migliorie, accogliente e fresca.

Abbiamo scoperto questa casa 3 anni fa, ci sembrava molto gradevole e in posizione strategica rispetto ai luoghi che volevamo visitare. Luminosa e confortevole, ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno, ci siamo ritornati con altri amici per vedere meglio posti davvero unici, senza fare tante ore di viaggio. Matera, Grottaglie, Castel del Monte, la valle d'Itria e il Mart a Taranto, una sorpresa dopo l'altra. E quest'anno abbiamo notato delle migliorie sia negli spazi interni che esterni che ci hanno ....coccolati piacevolmente

Прекрасна вілла у чудовому пінієвому лісі. Є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку - побутові прилади, постіль, швидкий інтернет і навіть велосипеди для дорослих та дітеи. 6-7 хвилин пішки до широкого пісчаного пляжу. Зовсім поруч знаходяться перлини Апуліі - міста Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franka, Ostuni, Bari. Нас було 8 дорослих. Для якісного відпочинку тут потрібно потрібно мати автомобіль. Ми дуже вдячні Carmine та Marilena за допомогу

Capodanno in casa D'Auria

Sono stato in questa villa insieme a un gruppo di amici, per quattro giorni, durante il periodo di capodanno 2017/2018. Si trova in una zona sicuramente più movimentata in estate, ma nonostante ciò abbiamo passato un soggiorno fantastico perchè è situata nel bel mezzo di un territorio con cittadine e paesi che vale la pena visitare: due su tutti Matera e Alberobello. Per quanto concerne la villa, dispone del posto auto e di un ampio giardino attrezzato con barbeque, dondolo, poltroncine da esterno e tavolo con panche molto comode per viverla all'aperto. Disposta su due piani con un bagno in ognuno di essi, la pulizia di ogni vano era veramente eccellente. Presente anche il bagno esterno. Non ci è mancato nulla, completamente ammobiliato (cucina nuovissima con lavastoviglie, forno tradizionale e a microonde) e dotata di ogni comfort e servizio, dalle stoviglie ai set da bagno, dalle lenzuola e coperte alla macchinetta del caffè, dalla tv al wifi gratuito. Riscaldamento con stufa in pellet decisamente efficiente, presenti anche i condizionatori in ogni stanza da letto (cinque) per l'estate. Nonostante fossimo in inverno e fuori c'era una temperatura prossima ai 0° C, in nessuna stanza abbiamo sofferto il freddo e quindi non è stato nemmeno necessario accendere le stufe elettriche lasciate in dotazione. Ciliegina sulla torta la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la generosità della famiglia D'Auria proprietaria della villa. La consiglio assolutamente.

TRES BELLE MAISON BELLISSIMA CASA

Une très belle et grande maison: nous avons autant profité de l’extérieur que de l’intérieur. Il ne manquait rien , nous avons même profité du barbecue, ce qui est appréciable c'est qu'il y a plusieurs petits salons dans le jardin , chacun pouvait se reposer, lire .. .être au calme. La maison était propre ,les chambres sont grandes , nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un très bon accueil des propriétaires et si nous avions eu besoin de quoi que se soit nous pouvions compter sur eux. La maison est très bien située , proche de la mer : nous avons utilisé les vélos qui étaient à disposition, des restaurants sont proches (à pieds sans aucun problème) ainsi que des petits commerces. Nous avons été ravis et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances , nous avons pu découvrir une très belle région. Merci encore pour votre accueil, la simplicité pour la réservation et nous conseillons vivement cette location magnifique.

Piękna willa z ogrodem - idealna dla rodzin z dzie

Fantastyczny dom w przepięknym regionie Apulii nad Morzem Jońskim. Idealne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi . Willa położona jest wśród drzew i wyjątkowej przyrody, dzięki temu jest przyjemnie chłodno nawet w upalne dni , w ogrodzie można cudownie spędzać czas, biesiadować, odpoczywać. Dom spokojnie pomieści dwie rodziny , jest wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne( jak we własnym domu: jest nawet ekspres do kawy, łóżeczko dla dzieci).Czyściutko , przytulnie. Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele i Arian , który opiekuje się domem. Okolica samych willi, około 900m do morza, w linii prostej bliżej. Niedaleko sklepy , restauracje. Wyjątkowe turystyczne miasteczko , z którego można urządzać sobie wycieczki do pobliskich miast , wszystko jest niedaleko ;) Z przyjemnością tam wrócimy , może uda się na dłużej ;)

Un Natale STREPITOSO!!!

Quest'anno eravamo alla ricerca di una casa in grado di ospitare una ventina di persone e abbiamo trovato queste due case al mare una di fianco all'altra ma indipendenti tra di loro. Villa Elisabetta e villa Mediterranea erano proprio ciò che cercavamo. Scaldate con stufe a pellet, con wi-fi libero e veloce, due cucine super fornite e soprattutto camere da letto con letti degni di questo nome e dei grandi soggiorni. I proprietari sono stati eccezionali. Al nostro arrivo avevano già acceso le stufe da un giorno e comprato i sacchetti di pellet per noi! Abbiamo trovato tutte e due la case molto calde e già pronte per essere abitate, i letti già pronti sui quali abbiamo trovato un set di asciugamani per ogni ospite. Abbiamo trascorso un Natale strepitoso con cenone alla vigilia e pranzo il 25. Eravamo 14 adulti e 4 bambini ed ognuno di noi aveva il proprio spazio. Insomma non so come ringraziare questi proprietari che ci hanno fatto passare uno dei Natali più belli della nostra vita. Grazie ancora siete stati meravigliosi! Torneremo in queste due case anche l'anno prossimo.

Mooie villa, 3 badkamers, goed voor 10 tot 12 personen We hebben 10 dagen gelogeerd in de villa. Op loop afstand is het centrum, buiten seizoen is het rustig, de zee is 20 min wandelen, 3 min met de auto.

Sehr schöne, große und saubere Villa - PERFEKT!

Wir bewerten die wunderschöne Villa Elisabetta. Wir sind als Großfamilie mit dem eigenen großen PKW angereist. Das Auto konnte man wunderbar im Grundstück auf dem vorhandenen Parkplatz parken und das große Tor absperren. Wir waren zu elft und hatten wunderbar Platz. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, alle elektrischen Geräte (Mikrowelle, Ofen, Toaster, Geschirrspülmaschine, Grill, etc.) haben einwandfrei funktioniert und waren sauber. Überhaupt war das ganze Grundstück und das Haus sehr sauber. Die drei Duschen (eine davon außerhalb in der Waschküche) waren gold wert. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder waren fahrbereit und hilfreich für den kurzen Weg zum Strand oder für kleine spontane Einkäufe (Großeinkäufe besser nicht im Ort - extrem teuer). Die Villa und die Vermieter sind absolut top und jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen. Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen in Castellaneta Marina (Strand, Supermarkt, Apotheke, etc.) ließ oft zu wünschen übrig. Aber das lag vielleicht auch am Saison-Ende, wirkten alle ein wenig frustriert. Aber das Haus, die Lage, die Nähe zu unglaublich wunderschönen Städten (Matera, Alberobello, Bari, Massafra - da ist auch ein Lidl -), ist jederzeit eine Empfehlung und 5 Sterne wert.

Toller Familienurlaub!!!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und - was uns ebenfalls extrem wichtig war - sehr sauber. Aufgrund der tollen Beschreibung und der schönen Fotos in der Anzeige sowie der netten Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld reisten wir voller Vorfreude nach Apulien, wo wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Wir waren mit 8 Personen angereist (2 Familien mit je 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern). Die eine Familie hatte sich einen Mietwagen gebucht, wir haben uns vom Flughafen abholen lassen, da man vor Ort kein Auto benötigt. Fahrräder sind vorhanden und der Strand sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, alles hat reibungslos und äußerst unkompliziert funktioniert. Genauso wünscht man es sich für seinen Urlaub!!!

Bellissima Vacanza a Castellaneta Marina

Io e la mia famiglia (3 nuclei) abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di luglio in entrambe le ville ("Mediterranea" ed "Elisabetta") ciascuna per due settimane. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta: i proprietari oltre ad essere gentili e simpatici hanno dimostrato grande ospitalità. Le nostre aspettative di alloggio e di vacanza sono state soddisfatte pienamente. Le ville corrispondono perfettamente alle descrizioni: luminose, silenziose, immerse nella bellissima pineta, sono arredate con gusto, funzionali e piene di tutti i confort . La posizione è ottimale: mare (lidi e spiagge libere), negozi, ristoranti dove gustare (a prezzi onesti) gli ottimi prodotti locali, sono raggiungibili molto comodamente anche a piedi. Vacanza a misura di famiglia soprattutto con bambini. Esperienza da ripetere e consigliare
