Cala Estellencs House is a Mallorcan house with a unique location and impressive sea views in Cala Estellencs, a small rocky cove of the same name that invites swimming and sunbathing and has direct access. Thanks to its location, the house is perfect for total disconnection and it is important to know that the WiFi signal is weak so sometimes there may not be as much WiFi signal as Smart TV.



Casa Cala Estellencs House offers a spacious living room with 3 comfortable sofas (one of them is a sofa bed), TV and fireplace, an independent dining room with fantastic views, a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each room and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, accessible by a wooden staircase with slope.



From all rooms you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the Balearic Sea and the Tramuntana Mountain Range, declared World Heritage by UNESCO in the "Cultural Landscape" category.



Cala Estellencs House has a Smart TV, WIFI (THE WIFI SIGNAL IS WEAK AND SOMETIMES THERE MAY BE NO INTERNET), ceiling fans in the bedrooms and standing fans, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. and complete kitchenware, bed linen and towels. The house does not have a washing machine.



Another point to highlight about this unique property is a large L-shaped terrace with a dining table and a barbecue where you will spend wonderful moments relaxing and enjoying unique views and absolute tranquillity.

*Between 22:00 and 09:00, silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not allowed)*

*Important: due to the house's location and depending on the season, there may be insects. Slow Villas provides a product kit so you can enjoy your stay without disturbances.*
